I made a mistake when ordering and this was quickly and efficiently dealt with by Katie ?
Who listened carefully - a rare occurrence.
Explained where I had gone astray.
Cancelled the order and arranged for a refund
Resulting in a relieved and satisfied customer who will return. ( for your more ancient customers could the description etc be in a larger font perhaps?)

I was surprised to find a thick wool blanket that the food was wrapped in. I lifted them into my freezer. Each meal is delicious n its own was.
The potato on the top of pies and meals is left rough, not piped mash like inferior brands. The grass fed beef is very tasty. All the meals I have tried are beyond delicious. I find it so convenient to pop a frozen meal in the oven or microwave and your evening meal is ready to eat.

The meals arrived promptly, they were well packed and tasted great. It would be good if you could give cooking instructions for air fryers too.

Prompt and perfect delivery. Delicious recipe's with no compromise to homemade. Extremely cost effective, you would struggle to make the same for yourself at the same price, with no waste and time friendly. Great taste and portion size and delivers on the dietary and delicious expectation. Food the entire family love, and a great solution to busy days and unexpected guests.

Arrived when requested, and so easy to prepare a delicious meal with a few extras if liked.
You were also very helpful when the delivery company left my parcel out in the sun and not where i had requested. Thank you

The items i bought are second to none than any other i have bought i like several of them but my favourite is chicken leek and ham pie,the quality of products are excellent.

All the meals were delicious and we'll presented.

I will order again at some point.

Delivery on time, well packed and straight in the freezer.
The thing I like about Ruby food is that there are little or no harmful additives and it tastes delicious.
My husband is 90 and I'm heading up that way so it's lovely to have a nutritious meal ready to put in the oven when we get home when we don't feel like cooking.

Food is excellent, getting your order is a littke bit wishey washey

The frozen food items ordered were of high quality and enjoyable, so much better than the ones purchased from elsewhere.
I would like more choice of items that could be prepared using a microwave as I rarely if ever use my oven.

I have a meal in the freezer if I do not want to cook. I live on my own, am 76 (newly bereaved) and struggle with my health sometimes. I do not eat meat but will eat fish as I find most pre-prepared totally vegetarian meals are boring! ByRuby are OK and I can also order meat meals for visiting friends.

Such a disappointment. I bought from ByRuby around 6 years ago and it was excellent. I presumed it would be the same. Whilst the food is still tasty, there is so little protein and so much sauce that I saved enough sauce to put with chicken the following night.. The meals are reasonable, but I would rather pay a few pounds more and get an adequate meal. No comparison with COOK or Fieldgoods.

So far we have only had one of the dishes, the Red Thai Prawn Curry, and I must say that it was delicious. It was easy to prepare in the microwave. Delivered earlier in the day than expected and very well packed with plenty of insulation
