Well packaged
Well packaged, good delivery but product has far too much potato & sauce & too little chicken, fish or whatever. Also plastic sheet will not remove easily after cooking.

Really yummy food
The food is delicious and obviously freshly made. By far the best subscription food service I have tried (and I have tried most of the usual ones)! My only complaint is there are only about 10 varieties of meal, but I guess that is because it is a very small scale operation. Highly recommended!!!!!

Food is delicious! We were gifted a new parent bundle and liked it so much we ordered it again.
Super helpful with having a 4 month old too.
We’ve used several meal delivery companies over the years and byRuby is one of the best.

Lack of communication
I did not receive my order and have not been contacted by RUBY after making numerous phone calls 6 in all ! I should have received my order on the 20th confirmed by the courier but nothing arrived! I have informed RUBY on six occasions and they don’t bother responding.
I am really disappointed with their lack of communication! Still no response! 😬

Chicken tikka
I was very disappointed to discover there was no rice with my chicken ticket. Not really a meal without the rice. Chicken and sauce very nice.
