I am sorry to hear that you were not completely happy with the packaging of your order. We pride ourself on the care taken when packaging all our lovely pieces so this is disappointing to hear.
Your comment will be taken seriously and looked into. Please do get in contact if you would like us to replace any packaging, we can certainly arrange this for you.

We completely understand your frustration, especially after waiting for your order and then receiving the wrong item. As a small team, we do our very best to ensure every order is sent out accurately and on time, but during particularly busy periods, mistakes can unfortunately happen. That said, this shouldn’t have been your experience, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

It looks like your order has now been refunded, and we hope this has at least brought some resolution. We also want to acknowledge your frustration around the returns fee. This has been introduced due to a growing number of customers ordering multiple items to try on at home, which we fully understand is part of the online shopping process, we want everyone to find their perfect fit! However, with the rising cost of postage and the manual time involved in processing returns, we, like many other retailers such as H&M and Zara, have had to implement a small fee when items are returned for a refund.

We’re genuinely sorry again for the inconvenience you’ve experienced and appreciate your feedback. We wish you all the very best on your wedding journey and hope your special day is everything you dreamed of.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the wrong dress and not have time to exchange it. Please accept our sincere apologies for the error and the inconvenience caused.

Regarding the delay in your refund, we're truly sorry for any added frustration this has caused. Our returns and refund process is automated, and once we process the return on our end, the speed of the refund reaching your account is largely dependent on your bank’s processing times. That said, we absolutely understand that this delay, especially following a mistake on our part, has been disappointing.

We’re grateful you brought this to our attention, and your feedback has been shared with the team so we can ensure better communication and service moving forward.

Thank you again, and we hope we’ll have the chance to offer you a better experience in the future.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and we're so pleased that despite your experience, you do love your CM shoes. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations and want to assure you that your concerns have been taken seriously by Charlotte..

As a small, independent business, we pride ourselves on offering a personal and thoughtful service, and it’s always difficult to hear when we haven’t quite got things right.

In this case, the delay you experienced was due to unforeseen production and transport issues that were unfortunately outside of our control. The team tirelessly chased the order with DHL, multiple times a day, for updates, and unfortunately we weren't updated by the shipping company. Meaning that we didn't have any information to update our brides. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been, and we’re genuinely sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please know that your feedback has been taken on board and will be used to help us improve moving forward. We really appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
