Very happy with the floating shelf its sturdy and strong and quick delivery.

Good delivery and quality of product was good but unfortunately they sent me the wrong colour.

Wanted chestnut to match a pre-existing furniture set from the original brand and sent me a pale grey. Didn’t realise until I had removed most of the packaging as it was packed so tightly. I live on my own and would struggle to send it back so have just accepted it and will reupholster myself.

A little frustrating but fine. Couldn’t fault how quick the delivery was.

We found the service from this company ti be very good. The item was as described and was delivered well packaged. We found no damage to the item, all hardware was correct. Will definitely use again.

The stepladder purchased was priced at £52.00 inc postage for a 5 step aluminium ladder; I have today seen a 4 step step ladder for sale by the same manufacturer at a local builders merchants for £82.00!!
Delivery was prompt and the ladder well packaged.
Probably my best E Bay buy this year!

Bought off this seller via eBay. I didn’t have the time to check the package upon arrival. 2 weeks later when I opened I noticed the product was damaged in transit. I got in touch with the seller and they were very fast in response and offered me multiple resolution options all of which were good. I was very happy the customer service and the product despite being damaged was otherwise of a high quality. I would have no hesitation in buying from this seller again or recommending them to others.

Order arrived promptly and was as described. Does the job. Not of the highest quality and takes some time to put together but fair for the price.

There is a lot of choice of various furniture. We find easy what we look for. Delivery was spot on too
