I was delighted with the Vileda rotary washing line I purchased
To be honest because it was half price of what they are to buy I was expecting some flaw but box may have been.a bit ropey but the contents were in brilliant condition and so easy to assemble, well chuffed

Great overall experience !

Price was competitive and delivery was fast.

Items received were packed well and in good condition.

Waited a week and when the driver turned up he was on his own and I had to help him with 5 big boxes

The product I ordered online was damaged on opening after delivery .

Could not get a replacement item or a refund .

Accept that the goods received from this company can be scratched or slightly damaged but this item could not be used

After several email and photos they agreed to send me a replacement including the defective part but as this is attached to the seat the full chair has to be dismantled .
Obviously this company expect me to repair this myself which is not an easy task ..
Would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by this company.
The basketball hoop I received was incomplete, with two main pole sections missing from the package. I reported the missing parts on the same day the item was delivered.
Although customer service repeatedly assured me that replacement parts would be sent, it has now been almost three weeks and I still have not received them. I have sent several follow-up emails and, despite repeated promises, I have not received a clear update, a valid tracking number, or a delivery date.
The product cannot be assembled or used without these missing parts, which has been extremely disappointing, especially for my child.
Mistakes can happen, but the lack of effective communication and the failure to resolve the issue within a reasonable time have been very frustrating.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Still not received the table and chairs i ordered twice 😞

The items were supposed to arrive within 5 days, took over 10 days and radio silence after purchase. On delivery, I see that one of the table rivets is missing and rusty and the leg of one of the chairs is bent and rusty as well. Price should have been much lower if this was the quality delivered!

I am absolutely delighted with my furniture! The quality is outstanding, the design is beautiful, and it has completely transformed my space. It looks even better than I expected and is both stylish and comfortable. Excellent value for money and highly recommended!

Fantastic company! Ordered a habitat parasol ( £20 cheaper than other places) but when it arrived the screw decorative top was missing. Didn’t hold much hope to getting it but was going to keep the parasol anyway. Emailed by the off-chance it would be there. Had an immediate response saying that they would order the missing part. Arrived a couple of days later! 😁 Will definitely use again. Amazing customer service. Thank you

Malibu 7 Drawer Chest Grey is cracked and I would like to change.When I opened it was cracked.However,the Black one is fine.

I am giving 4 star only because the tracking update was not detailed. I had to email customer services and their response was prompt. The dinning set was delivered on the day scheduled. No scratches, no missing item, everything well packaged.
