I am giving 4 star only because the tracking update was not detailed. I had to email customer services and their response was prompt. The dinning set was delivered on the day scheduled. No scratches, no missing item, everything well packaged.

Item arrived in a banged up box.
When opened all the paint has chipped off it, and when it’s in used it’s wobbles like crazy. Could have bought the same thing, for the same price elsewhere and it would have arrived in better condition. I understand it’s “cheap furniture” warehouse not second hand used.

Product was delivered in time. I was pleased and impressed through out the progress and product was of good quality.

I would not recommend this company.

The item arrived in a ripped box that had clearly been opened before delivery. As a result, I could not properly inspect every part without completely unpacking and dismantling the item, which would have made returning it even more difficult.

The company insisted that I identify and replace individual parts rather than accepting that the product had arrived in an unacceptable condition. They did not seem to understand that once I opened and assembled more of the item to find additional faults, it could affect my ability to return it.

They also refused to cover the return costs for what I believe was a faulty item. The product was extremely heavy, and I no longer had suitable packaging once the damaged box had been opened. I ended up having to pay for a courier myself, which meant losing a significant amount of money.

Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of a legitimate complaint. I would not purchase from this company again.

Still waiting for my delivery after it is constantly being rescheduled.
