If I want to fit a 20hp chip to my bottom of the range car already insured with them- Aviva said no. They were having none of it. Chris Knott staff, knowledgeable, pleasant easy to discuss the issue with. It was not a problem at all to the staff here. All done in no time and cover immediately sourced.

Gave a good quote and were very helpful. Been with them for years as were my late parents. Recommend them to anyone.

Good service up to this years renewal. but circumstance change made it difficult tohet new policy, staff i spoke to did their best, but could not give the cover i required, so reluctantly went toanothe broker.
