brought a car from these 3 weeks ago car did have some
problems with it when i went to test drive but they did sort them and get the car delivered to me

Nothing but top class customer service from start to finish. Marc helped me find the right van for my needs and worked with me on getting the best deal possible and kept me in the loop. Great team all very friendly and a good laugh, will definitely be returning in future.

Bought a super Hyundai i30, in silver, car was immaculate on collection and I even had a complimentary gift pack full of treats! So far so good, we love it!!

Our Daughter has just bought her first car from this dealer, one of the guys Marc that dealt with us made the experience easy and faultless.
We would highly recommend this dealer they have some lovely and very affordable cars.
The turn around was quick and the car had 12 mth Mot a service and was washed and cleaned to a high level.

I recently had a response from my complaint with this company however all their explanations are false. They said that my company had the vehicle which we purchased from them for several weeks before we noted 2 major issues which should never have passed the mot carried out prior to purchase, however we only had the vehicle for a couple of days when my driver noted the brakes were on metal and the handbrake wasn’t holding, all completely dangerous issues. Then they said they expedited the Whicker to address the issues as we was originally were told it would be a few weeks before they could address , however the reason it was expedited was because I strongly complained . Thirdly I didn’t not choose to hire a vehicle I was put in a situation where I had to as the vehicle purchased from Compact cars was unsafe to drive which left me with 1 vehicle not being able to be used to deliver goods by my company. All totally unacceptable

We have always been impressed not just with the service but also the quality of the vehicles we’ve had.

So much so we are now on our second generation, with our son purchasing his first 2 cars from Compact too.

Bought a 9 seater Vivaro and collected it within a week. Walked us through financial procedures and made it easy to understand. Worked with us on timeline and even came in on their day off on the Saturday to finish final paperwork with us. Whole family has bought most of there cars from Compact Cars and have had great results. Will come again for future cars with family and friends.
