Bought my audi A5 sportback from them. Love the car and runs like a dream. Mike sorted everything out for me from MOT service changed my cam belt free of charge as it was due (they didnt need to). Very friendly staff mike and luis very helpful. Would definitely buy from them again

Mike was amazing from the start, very friendly and approachable. He was really helpful in finding my partner the car he was looking for but then assisted me with the purchase of a car I’ve always wanted. Highly recommend compact cars and vans Bridgend.
Luis was also very friendly throughout the whole process and welcomed both me and my partner on both visits along side Mike as if we were friends rather than customer.
10/10 customer service for both these guys.

Well what can one say about this company, simply brilliant, trustworthy and excellent value for money.
My sister was looking for a car and so we popped down here. We were greeted by Luis who was welcoming and friendly and very professional.
Any questions we asked about the car we saw was answered in full detail, from ownerships to service history.
Luis was great as he never pushed for a sale, gave good honest opinion and a true reflection on the car which is so refreshing to have.
We picked the car up today, inspected it and all the MOT, etc was completed as they said they would.
Overall, this is a great place to go and see, brilliant customer service from all in every aspect very happy customers indeed!!

Cannot speak highly enough of this company. This will be our third car from compact cars. Luis was excellent from the get go, careful to listen to what I needed, budget etc, walked me through various options. He was knowledgeable, polite, good humoured, calm, professional and I felt that he was really there to help and be an asset in getting me the ‘right’ car rather than push me into some expensive sales pitch. None of that. Both he and Micheal couldn’t have been more helpful throughout and the whole process was seamless with wonderful communication at every stage. Excellent service from these guys when I bought my Caddy, totally honest and straight up and gave me a great deal. Van was spotless, clean and ready to go. Would definitely deal with these guys again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car or van.

I dealt with Luis at compact cars he was absolutely outstanding. Extremely helpful and explained everything to me from start to finish. Even arranged for us to collect the car earlier than expected which was great for my husband and I. I would highly recommend compact cars.
