The whole process was painless. Everything was explained every step of the way. The dealership makes sure your car leaves the forecourt with a brand new MOT and they also fix any advisories that may be present. Plus you get a full inspection on the car, plus a service with dealer stamp, plus you get 12 months AA membership for free.

Louis kept in contact with me throughout, despite me writing down my phone number wrong 🙈, he went out of his way to try and contact me to keep me informed rather than just waiting for me to ring in. He also managed to get the car through the inspection and MOT very quickly for us considering there were 2 bank holidays getting in the way.

The prices on their cars are comparable to others in the area, but the new MOT with no advisories and the free AA membership and service is great added value. And they will also change the timing belt on the used car if it is due in the near future according to the service schedule or if it looks worn (I think Louis said every used car qualifies for that but double check of course).

All round great service and a fairly priced car with the benefit of some bonus goodies thrown on top. Highly recommended.

Me and my wife were looking at serval dealerships, looking for our next car. After having a terrible experience from another car garage, we checked the reviews and we were not disappointed. Micheal helped us from start to finish and made sure we were looked after even weeks from buying the car with any questions we had. Be aware when you buy from them loads of doggy cars , they sold me a Peugeot Partner reg AF60SBY and after 2700 mile 2 injectors blow up , send the car back with them and promise will be ready in few days but after everyone else from the store keep telling me different stories( do not say all this time I’ve been using a rental car as my kid was in the hospital and wasn’t enable to travel to him ) , car was rejected and they retained my deposit of 1100£ because I’ve done mile on the car and now they change they’re storie pretend I’ve changed the stereo unit and damaged the dashboard with the mileage , they retained for 3 weeks and damaged my brand new stereo , my dascam and more things missing from the car . Be aware of this company when you buy from them . Hope they enjoyed those 1100£ ! And the story will not end here !!! Do not say that they force you to give them 5 stars review before they handle the car … what a doggy company running after good reviews just the sale man to take his money … again be aware of what you buy from this company!!!!! Check the car 5 times if not you’ll cry after !!!!!

To assess your complaint, we have considered the information you have provided and have contacted the supplying dealer to provide his stance on the deposit refund.

The dealer has confirmed, while you had the vehicle in your possession, you had covered over 3000 miles. The dealer also confirmed you had added modifications to the vehicle , which when removed caused damage to the dashboard. This is why the deposit was not refunded in full

This is the second car I have bought from compact as with my first car the process was easy and straight forward. Salesmen were outstanding would highly recommend.
