Support works very well, and the dashboard for agencies is highly user-friendly. There are many options to customize banners, and the overview of all banners is clear and well organized. I would definitely recommend it.

Cookie script has a good UI that highlights whether elements you choose are compliant or not to multiple laws like GDPR, UK GDPR etc.

I am very disappointed, after 3 years.
My legacy subscription expired today (€108/year). I don't know why the automatic renewal didn't go through. In any case, they didn't write to say "Try payment again," but rather to say "The plan has expired; if you want, you'll need to sign up for a new one for €228/year."
Perhaps I would have expected a "before" message from Cookie Script, "Dear customer, unfortunately your Legacy plan no longer exists. When you renew, you'll find this other one. We were forced to raise prices because, etc. etc."
I wrote to support to express my disappointment. Aura (their AI) said, "Look, I understand. If you want, I can make someone from the staff contact you for a 20% discount for the first year."
I agree; better than nothing. Has anyone contacted me? No, unfortunately.
I understand that those who sell "mandatory" services don't feel obligated to maintain customer relations, but there's a limit to everything.
Three stars because the service works well, but the support and customer management don't.

Good value for money for the number of banners needed. Would prefer a monthly vs annual contract.
