I got the coop insurance for my holiday


I got the coop insurance for my holiday to Greece for a week.
It was easy and efficient to arrange and was instant the price was right as well, I'll definitely check it out next time I need it too

Hmmmmm......

I had a really helpful call with a customer service person but he informed me they couldn't offer me a better price on the package I had despite no claims, no pre existing conditions and my dog only being 2. So I took out a new policy with them for the same package and saved myself £12.50 per month. Seems a bit mad that they can't offer better customer prices themselves. So the product is good but continued customer service is poor I'd say.

Of course you never want to claim and you can only really know how good they are when a claim is needed .. but I feel confident after filling form on line and then speaking them to confirm I had done everything correct.. lovely and informative staff
 and all ailments covered.. Thank you..

Very user friendly on-line website

Very user friendly on-line website. I found what I needed quickly & obtained an annual travel policy at a reasonable price. Hopefully I will not need it but as with all insurance it gives peace of mind.
