WARNING! They play the bait and switch games by advertising good units to hook you into contacting them, and they replying, "Sorry, it's been rented" and then bumping you to higher and better commission based sales. And a month later, the Bait Property that has been sold or rented is still advertised as available to hook new clients.

The most important part of any real estate team is the agent that shows you the available condos and inventory. In my case I had an expert. Sea asked the right questions got to know me, she understood my needs and wants. She knew the difference and that's important. She didn't take me to places outside of my budget. Her instincts and knowledge paid off. We only looked at three apartments before I found my dream home. Sea was friendly funny at times and patient. I would recommend her to anyone. 5 stars all the way.

I cannot speak highly enough of Cornerstone Real Estate they organise everything for me including installation of televisions, washing machines and the repairs that my condos need as far as trust is concerned I now buy condos unseen they assure me that the photos are genuine and I can believe what I see in the photos, I've now bought three condos from them without having to view the condo.

The description on Cornerstone Website stated garden view. I am on first floor so understand view wouldn't be fantastic. But got moth eaten hedge and small horizontal flower bed but no flowers or even grass. But good view of car park which should be in description. Stove doesn't work but is being replaced, but should have been checked by Landlord first. Also description said TV but didn't say it has no signal, so i have to pay for cable each Month. In my opinion now i think property was over priced and should be 1000 Bhat per Month cheaper. It isn't same quality as similar property advertised to rent. Eye has been very helpful, and has answered questions and sorted problems.

I’ve recently retired to Thailand and on the recommendation of a friend contacted Cornerstone to help me find a Condo to rent. They helped me find a nice condo on Phratamak Hill and everything went smoothly. After about a week my on demand water heater stopped working and I noticed my bathroom exhaust fan was making a lot of noise and wasn’t going to last much longer. I contacted Cornerstone and both were replaced in a timely manner. If you are looking to lease a condo in the greater Pattaya area, I recommend Cornerstone.

I cannot fault Cornerstone Real Estate at all. The process from meeting Martin and getting the keys for the Condo was absolutely superb. A big thank you to Aada, she is a polite and professional person and she was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Cornerstone.

Totally recommend Cornerstone, especially like to mention Martin and particularly Sea who helped me through the whole process, finding me a delightful condo and still continues to help me even after renting with items relating to the rental. Defo recommend.

Well experienced and trustworthy company, I have known them for over 14 years.

BEWARE!! This rental company is horrible!! They are very disrespectful women in this office and they mistreat their tenants as soon as you sign a lease. I have had 3 inspections in 6 months of renting a house with them. Two of these woman have yelled at me as if I was they kid and I just had another one call me to discuss an issue over the phone and yelled at me for no reason! Instead of trying to find a solution. They are very unprofessional and during their 3rd home inspections they opened every single door inside and outside the house. I do not recommend this realtor for anybody! They sure will put tenants in one of the most ugly and nasty experiences that they could possibly be. Very cheap price for the house but also very low class women full of anger. Please be careful before you sign a lease with these woman that will not let you live a comfortable life if you are under a contract with them!

An excellent team, led by Martin, who together make the buyer and seller experience simple one that ends in smiles on both sides. In our case they pulled out all the stops to get the process completed to suit the buyer's schedule. Will certainly look forward to dealing again
