Would highly recommend Cornerstone if you are looking to rent or buy a property in Pattaya.

Great service and fantastic staff.

If in the future I'm looking to move to another property then Cornerstone will be my first point of contact.

需要去移民局办理住址证明的时候，这家公司就马上帮我申请了T M三零。这样使我少跑了一趟移民局。

然后准备入住时，杀了虫，卫生也做得很优秀，可以直接住。

最后，她们很专业，在入住期间，各种问题都能及时回复，以及提供解决方法。

The staff were very honest with me about the pros and cons of various locations, they are polite, courteous, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. From initial enquiry to finding a place that ticked all of my boxes was less than 5 days.

Good service

Anda has been absolutely brilliant. From communicating clearly and proactively with me when I was in the UK to meeting me at the property once we arrived in Pattaya, her service has been the best I've ever experienced. Furthermore, Anda has always maintained contact with me and our landlord and has been incredibly helpful with any (and many!) questions I have had.

I 100 % recommend Cornerstone Real Estate for finding the right rental / purchase real estate in Pattaya.
I wanted to find a quality rental condo in the heart of Central Pattya, only a few steps away from the Big C Extra hypermarket, which severely limited the number of rental condos that I could find acceptable in Pattaya.
Furthermore, by being very picky and by having a rather limited budget for finding a rental condo in Pattaya, I didn't exactly make it easier for Cornerstone.
I have to admit that Martin and Anda have been overloaded with e-mails by me, but without exception they remained professional, helpful and polite.
Martin and Anda achieved what seemed impossible to me, my sincere appreciation for this.
Furthermore, once the rental contract has been signed, Cornerstone keeps on supporting its customers during the entire duration of the rental contract, for example with technical issues in the rental condo. And it doesn't stop there, Cornerstone ( = mainly Anda in this case ) even pro-actively offered her help with opening a Thai bank account, which is a key condition for obtaining a long-term Retirement Visa in Thailand.
No need to look further in the jungle of real estate agencies in Pattaya, just contact Cornerstone Real Estate, and you will easily and quickly find the real estate that you have in mind.

I moved to Pattaya last year and obtained a retirement visa. Cornerstone helped me find a condo and I was very impressed with the company. In particular EyeTa was extremely helpful going far beyond what I expected. She helped me equip the home and promptly dealt with issues . She helped me recently to move to East Pattaya and again helped set up the house and ensure it was all in order

I contacted cornerstone via email and the manager emailed straight back with various listings he thought would be of interest

Once I chose my favourites the manager allocated me an agent

The agent contacted me more or less straight away and introduced herself

We organised a collection time and she collected me from my hotel and we went looking at properties

I was never under any pressure for time I was allowed to slowly look around and the areas including pool gym etc

Once I found a condo I liked the agent contacted the owner and we came to an agreed price and from there the process only took a matter of days to do contract and paperwork

Also the agent helped me with installing Internet which only took 48 hours from start to finish

My agent was absolutely wonderful made me relaxed and feel comfortable with the whole process

I sometimes messaged asking questions I had forgot to ask earlier and she would answer almost immediately with answers or advice

My agent was called sea and she was excellent

Sea was very professional with renting our home. We were very wary of renting, again due to past experiences, but Sea eased our worries, handled all the tasks easily and made renting the house a totally enjoyable experience.

Siringra has been a big help to me. She has solved any issues that I have had. For example, she updated a new key for me with the owner and the front desk,
