Looking for a bridging loan for a potential property purchase. I had no prior experience of the ins and outs of the process.
David took me gently through the process and made it very simple to understand
Unfortunately the purchase did not materialise as the seller accepted another offer

Made enquiries about a bridging loan with David Brown and was very impressed by the quick and comprehensive response. David was extremely knowledgeable and came up with a solution for us and an offer from a lender verbally accepted on the same day.

David Brown of Curzon Financial gave us really helpful advice on bridging loans at a time when we really needed it. Of the several we tried, he provided the best value quotation and was prepared to lower his arrangement fees so as not to lose a deal. He consistently responded swiftly and encouragingly. Ultimately we did not require a bridging loan through good fortune but had we needed one we would definitely have chosen Curzon.
