I had a fantastic experience shopping for a new strap for my Cartier watch. I was concerned with the unusual size of my lugs. I should not have worried Becky helped me navigate the whole process along with colour recommendations right through to taking the order. I was in very good hands and so efficient. The strap arrived very quickly and really beautifully packaged. The workshop did a brilliant job it fitted as though it was the original strap with great finish, taper well sewn and the quick release pins were perfect. I hope to buy many more for all my watches . I have order for my current warch over 5 different straps during 10 years use. The Daywatchband experience is the best by far. From the order to delivery, everything was seamless. I was surprised when I have received the parcel with tools included. That way I could switch the strap myself. The communication with the support was instant. Just wanted to share my experience. I was blown away by both the service, communication and execution of my new custom watch strap for my Rolex Daytona. I was a little hesitant as this is an international supplier, but the process couldn’t have been smoother and my watch is a completely different stunning watch now. I will be coming back to the shop to buy many more watch straps and I recommend that you do as well.

Esperienza stellare, avevo un Cartier, ereditato, con il bracciale rotto, per cui dovevo trovare un cinturino per rimpiazzarlo. Cosa più facile a dirsi che a farsi. Ho passato davvero molto tempo prima di trovare questo sito.
Qui ho trovato il cinturino con la montatura giusta per il mio modello ho parlato con Becky dell’assistenza per farmi fare un cinturino su misura, foderato in gomma (essendo io allergico ad alcuni tipi di pelle). Arrivato la qualità mi ha sorpreso, tutto preciso e nessun problema a montarlo.

Great customer service. Very responsive. I had never ordered a custom watch band and it was very easy to reach out and get help with sizing. The leather strap that I ordered arrived pretty quickly, fit exactly right, and quality looks great. I’ve since ordered another two straps from them and have not been dissatisfied yet. Definitely recommend them!

I just received my straps this week and am really pleased with everything- the straps, accessories, and the service. I was really nervous ordering something custom made from overseas, but my contact person Becky was truly exceptional in helping me with the whole process. I wanted to choose a very particular shade I had in mind but it was extremely difficult to decide due to the color variance on my screens. Becky sent me numerous photos of samples so many times to verify the color until I was satisfied. I know it wasn’t easy going back and forth over and over but she remained professional and patient the entire time. She answered all my questions and concerns and customized my straps exactly as I asked. I could not have been happier with the service. I highly recommend them and will definitely order from them again if I need more straps. In fact, although I originally only planned to purchase one set of straps, I’m actually already considering buying another set because of the great experience I had. Don’t hesitate to order from them.

Great quality for a great price! Strap was about 1/3 of the cost of the strap from JLC, with 100% of the quality! Fits watch perfectly and was exactly what I expected. 10/10 would buy again!
