Exceptional quality and responsive customer service. Never expected someone to WhatsApp me to ask detailed questions of my wrist for perfect fitting. I asked for my next band a custom elastic to make the watch stay in place. Impatient to have this one done. Thank you guys.

I reached out to Dayday watch bands and received a prompt reply from their outstanding customer service department. I ended up ordering an alligator strap for my Cartier Santos and a metal bracelet for my Cartier Tank Must XL. Both were made custom and delivered quickly. The quality, fit and finish of both are outstanding. The quality compared to the OEM is identical. The alligator may even be nicer (as I have an OEM strap in leather to compare it to). Can’t recommend these guys enough. Again, customer service was very communicative.

IWC wouldn’t make an XL blue alligator strap for my Big Pilot, Daydaywatchband did! Beautiful mid scale alligator , custom orange calf skin lining, just what I wanted.

I purchased Cartier watch in the 1990's. I've had several colors of alligator skinned bands. I was tired of paying $500 for an average looking band. I decided to go online and see if there was any place that made custom bands in a variety of colors. I found Daydaywatchband.com. I loved the variety of colors and skins, but I was also very skeptical. I decided to lookup their reviews and they were great. I wanted something different, but still luxurious. I chose the Himalayan Alligator bund band. I hoped the contrast of gold and grey/white combination would look nice. Wow is all I can say. It totally exceeded my expectations. I took it my favorite watch shop to have the band put on. They absolutely loved the new band. Thank you Daydaywatch company.

I was a little nervous dealing with a company in a time zone so far from my own, but any communication concerns were immediately dispelled. My rep, Becky, reached out immediately and made sure that the band they were making was exactly what I wanted and expected. I ordered a personalized kevlar band for a Cartier Roadster, with red stitching. Becky double checked sizing, and sent a picture of what they proposed for my approval. Becky gave me a finish date, that they hit, and a shipping date. I actually received the strap early. It was perfect. Great material and workmanship. I took it to my jeweler to install the buckle and size the strap. Even they were complimentary, commenting on the high quality of an after market strap. I would not hesitate to use DayDay again.

I purchased a custom strap for my wife's Cartier Santos Galbee. I cannot find anywhere but in DayDayWatchBand this strap so I need to be certain I'm getting the right specs. Doris was especially very responsive to my inquries and made me feel confident about the purchase.
After purchase, I didn't have a pushpin that fits the strap so I reached out to Doris and she gladly sent me the thinnest pins they have that matched the lug width. Again, these are all very prompt responses that I very much appreciated.

Found on Google, they have a very good site: good and clear text and pictures. They provided a made to measure perfect strap for my Corum. They included all the necessary tools to install the strap. Good communications and very helpful.

I found Daydaywatchband on Google. as I have a custom Daytona and a 21cm wrist, so my watch band was too small.
I found i could infinitely customise my watch band, strap colour, stitching colour, leather colour and size.
I placed my order and they were immediately in touch by email to verify everything, no mistakes. They even asked for a photo of my wrist, just in case.
I have just received my new watch band and it is perfect. Exactly as I wanted, and the correct size. The quality and finish is excellent.
If I need a new one, I will 100% go to them again.
