I purchased a blue leather watch strap for a gold IWC Portofino Moonphase. Blue leather isn't available from IWC anymore and the band from Dayday was excellent quality and fits perfectly - very happy

Excellent experience from start to finish. Found them on the web after being told by Cartier it would take months to get a replacement band and shockingly expensive. Dayday was amazing!! Doris was extremely helpful figuring out the correct replacement style, the right size and color match. It was easy ordering. They kept me informed every step of the way. It shipped two weeks after I placed the order and delivered to me in perfect condition in a very nice box, including tool to change the band. I know I probably could have changed the band myself, but I had a local jeweler change it for a small charge. Definitely would use Dayday again and highly recommend them.

I am so pleased to have an excellent replacement for my original Franck Muller Color Dreams alligator watch band! It is truly the same quality as the original. I can t detect a difference at all. It fits the watch perfectly, and their customer service at time of purchase ensures that they’re hand-making the right band in the exact mm length and width needed. It’s beautiful! My original watch band at purchase of the watch was orange, and I had the replacement made up in a rich emerald green. Gorgeous! They send two tools that made it easy to switch the bands… it just takes patience.

I’ve had a Tag Heuer watch with a crocodile leather band for about 5 years. In that time I’ve had to replace the band twice. Most recently Tag Heuer not only made the process of buying a replacement strap very complicated but were also charging Aus $750 to replace it. I found Daydaywatchband with a Google search. Their reply was prompt and very professional. I provided them with photos of the original band with measurements. Within 2-3 weeks I received a custom made band of a very high quality that looked as good as if not better than an original Tag Heuer at a far more competitive price. This is a watch that I wear everyday day and 4-5 months later it still looks like new and is wearing much better than an original Tag Heuer band. I would highly recommend Daydaywatchband to anyone looking for a high quality watch band with a very professional and individualised service. If I ever need another watch band I will definitely be using Daydaywatchband again!

Hello, I have a bit smaller whist and at the same time to be able to use folding clasp on watch strap. It required to have personalised strap with specific not default dimensions. Daydaywatchband team did that with desired leather kind and right dimensions specially for my request. Received in ~3 weeks, and it fits well. Thank you, Great Job!

This is a piece of crap. It doesn’t hold a charge longer than a day. It doesn’t sync. It doesn’t light up to read. It’s not accurate. It is literally 83° where I was today and my watch read 50° all day long. It’s almost impossible to charge. It doesn’t fit into USB ports at all. Called customer service. They were useless. When I originally called about my charging issues and that I wanted to return it, they said I will give you 50% off for your inconvenience. When I called back three days later to tell them, I couldn’t get the watch to charge it all. They told me I was out of my warranty. Because I had accepted the 50%. I now have a useless, unusable device. I asked to speak to your supervisor five days ago. I was told somebody would call me in 15 minutes. I never heard back. Do not buy this device. It is awful. It is a waste of money. It may as well be a paperweight.

I am more than pleased with my watch strap. It is beautifully crafted and the colour is exactly as requested. I asked for the stitching to be a lighter colour than the strap and it really enhances the look of my watch.

Ask for Doris she is the best. Great quality watch straps with tons of custom colors. Had to order two more straps in different colors.

They were awesome. I had a hard to find Cartier Watchstrap and it came out fabulous. They stayed on top of the order the entire time, and made sure the measurements were perfect. Not easy to do and the timeframe was quick, start to finish.

I ordered a red alligator double strap for a Hermès watch, and it came out perfectly! The colour and the gloss effect are beautiful, the leather quality is stunning, the measurements and the clipping system on the watch are very precise. Doris delivered a great customer service.
