I’ve ordered twice now from this company and the service has been perfect each time. Highly recommend

Prior purchase was flawless. My second transaction was delayed and absent of notification and updates. It appears that AI is utilized by Deconovo when communicating with customers, which increases frustration. Otherwise, continued delivery of quality product

It took a while to figure out what width we needed. Then we put in the order. Great experience. Didn't see a tracking number and emailed Deconovo. They expedited things. Two surprises. Curtain hooks are adjustable. Never saw that before and really great. We thought the curtains would come from a factory in the south. Of course they shipped from China. Final product is beautiful.

Horrible. I ordered and they did not sent it right away. I waited 2 weeks and i had to talk to customer service then they tell you it is not available.

Never received my samples.

Very disappointed with the lack of transparency of this company and their return policies. Received a curtain order through Bed Bath and Beyond right before the holidays. Reviewed the return policies in the BB&B app on my order history screen, where it clearly said the order was refund eligible for 30 days from receipt. Now they are saying refunds must have been initiated within 15 days (even during the holidays!) and are only eligible for ‘unopened’ packages. The only way to learn of this restrictive policy is to click a hyperlink on the product information page (not the cart or order history page) with the seller’s name, WHICH HAS NO INDICATION that this is where the details of the seller’s return are ‘hidden’. They are deliberately hiding a policy that is MUCH more restrictive than their competitors. Do yourselves a favor, forego BB&B and its shady suppliers. Stick with Amazon and Wayfair, where return policies are clear and up front!

The quality and thickness of the rugs.

Lovely swatch selection. Feel guilty about getting some that I won’t order, do you want them back?

We love the Charlotte 14, Orange and will get very specific by the mid to late part of January.
We are replacing the carpet and want this to influence our choice. It will be installed near the end of January.

Quality and missing item. I write to state I never received the last rug. Quality is poor

This is the WORST return experience I have ever had. I am sure that I will not even get my money back. There is no invoice in the packaging. ( which they require for returns) You call and then they tell you, you have to email them. requirements: original packaging, receipt, and must be sent to them with in 30 days of purchase date.They were 2 weeks in delivery and I am not sure they will receive the items in that window especially now with the xmas season. I wrote to them after their response email...( BTW no authorization to return in that email) I responded again and now it has been another day past and no response. RIDICULOUS. I would rate them a zero if I could. I will be out $ and merch at the end of the day. I am sure of it. BAD BAD BAD

I ordered rugs for my bathroom, and they were perfect. They arrived quickly and in good condition. I was pleased with the overall quality of the rugs. I would order from this company again.
