2nd time I’ve used them due to no fault accidents. On both occasions they returned the vehicle to me having not fully carried out the repairs properly. Issues included not rectifying damage inside the vehicle, sat nav missing, badges being put back on the wrong panels and simply not repairing all accident damaged panels.

Good communication at first and the work that they have completed is to a good standard. My car came back with damage to the wheel to which they rebooked in. It was taken back and delivered back the next day still damaged. I spoke to the manager, who said he’d source somewhere to complete the works and call me the next day. A month later, I’m still waiting for the telephone call and still have a damaged wheel. Aftercare is terrible!

amazing. Such a refreshing experience in today's world when everyone
is in a hurry. I must mention Amberlee who has been a delight to speak to. She called when she said she would, updated me regularly and is to be congratulated for her attitude. The drivers were professional and very
helpful. All in all a company worth recommending - 200% !
And by-the-way, my car is cleaner than it has ever been.
The repair was O.K. too ! Cannot praise them highly enough.

I loved the updates, via txt, literally 45 mins from taking my car. The man who called me to tell me what they were planning on doing to my car, was both friendly and professional.

Just good service no wasting time

Superb service, I had my car side swiped by a works van, leaving damage to the wheel arch, wing and bumper, it was picked up and taken on the Monday, it was delivered back by Thursday, all work carried out to a high standard, really impressed from start to finish, highly recommended

Very friendly and reliable team. Car picked up in time, courtesy car delivered and car returned when fixed very promptly. Staff I had to speak with including the drivers and managers, very willing to help and advise.

The car was being repaired for 2 weeks. I received information that the car was ready. I came to pick it up and it turned out that the plastic was still cracked and had not been replaced, the lamp was glued instead of replaced. So I left the car for another week.after this time everything was done as it should have been the first time
