Fast, well organised and professional service. I’d highly recommend DLG. Excellent all round. My car looks brand new. All staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Took my car to DLG in Longwell Green. Was kept informed of the progress of my car. It was on the doorstep which was a bonus. Car repair was of a high standard and returned to me cleaned.

The repair was carried out to an excellent standard and with great attention to detail. The car was returned in immaculate4 condition.

Friendly, helpful, and kept us aware of how the repairs were going.

My vehicle was collected promptly and returned ahead of time however there is an area of damage not repaired/replaced and despite leaving numerous voicemails no-one has got back to me regarding this.

My new Clio was crashed into by an Amazon delivery van on June 9th. After reporting the incident to Churchill on the same day I received a call from DLG the following day to arrange for my car to be collected and taken to the repair centre. When I asked for a courtesy car I was told there wasn't one available until the 3rd of July. I agreed for my car to be collected on Thursday 13th June as I was not prepared to wait until the 3rd of July for my car to be repaired. When my car returned from the garage on the 3rd July I was very impressed with the quality of the repair. Whilst the car was with DLG I was kept informed on when my car would be delivered back to me. Overall the service was excellent except for not being able to provide me with a courtesy car meaning I was without my car for nearly 3 weeks.

After I was advised DLG were allocated by my insurance to repair my car they contacted me to arrange collection but living locally and it was drivable I took it and was able to discuss the damage with a engineer and what happens next . I was text later in the day to be advised the car was being assessed and given a link to a progress tracker . The following day received further text advising the repairs had been agreed and had started.
I was able to follow progress on the tracker and was advised within 7 days the repairs had been completed and I rang to arrange collection . On collection I was able to look over my now gleaming repaired car which looked ready for the show room .
I am very happy with the good all round service from communication, tracker and repair as expected and cannot reckoned them enough .

Picked up and dropped off on time. Car came back perfect.

Made the arrangements and it seemed like it was within hours they picked up my vehicle. My car returned fully repaired in less than a week complete with a 5year warranty on the work conducted. Workmanship was excellent. Can't believe the level of service throughout. Would use them again without a doubt but also hope not to have the need to.

Great people, on the phone and in person. Superb work. Given my weeks were interrupted, the treatment my car and I received was exemplary. I had a replacement vehicle. My car was returned looking "good as new". Full marks all round
