A great experience with work explained clearly, undertaken well and good communication. Would recommend.

After being in a non-fault car accident, DLG was my insurance company's assigned repairer. I couldn't have asked for a better service. From being assigned the job, they were prompt, professional and my car looks like new. Thank you for an excellent service.

My damaged car was collected on a Monday and returned on Thursday same week. Amazingly speedy and beautifully executed repair to my car. They had even cleaned it, and it looked showroom condition on return.
The ladies who dealt with my telephone calls were all very helpful, and it was really nice to speak to a real person.

Did a good job on my old car. Since having it back there was a sllght leak in the boot when it rained but with no rain since I am not sure how much a problem this is.
Very helpful staff.

The garage did a great job replacing my boot and the dab radio antenna after a incident

It is so refreshing to deal with real professionals who do what they promise.
Not only was the standard of repair and paint application superb but the lengths the staff and the transport team went to was outstanding.

Kept me informed all the time

Vehicle was picked up and returned with zero hassle. We were kept informed of what work was required and what the timelines were. Honestly don’t think it could have been an easier experience.

They also did a little extra at no more cost which was a very welcome surprise.

As this was through an insurance claim, I cannot comment on value for money.

Couldn’t thank this company DLG Auto Services enough,everything from start to finish I was kept informed big pat on backs to everyone involved…. Now to the negative plums who obviously have lots if time on there hands absolute pathetic immature stories had you drove you car like Victor mildew you wouldn’t be slating this garage.obviously incapable of repairing your car yourself but your gonna moan n moan and DLG can’t say anything well tbh your a imbecile and would be really nice to appreciate thos professional if your actually qualified in repairing cars which I doubt you YOU REALLY. ARE IDIOT

DLG autos repaired my car in 2 days & lent me a courtesy car whilst repairing it. Very efficient kept me up to date throughout the whole process. 2 months later they sent me unexpectedly a surprise gift bag containing a microfibres cloth, screen wash, ice scraper & a car air freshener had no idea they were sending me this but what a lovely gesture! Highly recommend.

James the workshop tried very hard to procure parts but these were on back order from Nissan. After 3 months of being without my car a repair was undertaken to the damaged grill part which was still not available.
Would have been better to make the vehicle driveable, order the parts and only keep the vehicle for the actual repair.

They arrived when they said they would and had relevant paperwork ready

Repair was good but moved my date of delivery a day late so had to change my plans.

High standard of repairs to the car.
Easy to contact the company to arrange the car's collection and return, after repairs.

Worst company ever do not use if you have a choice if I could give less than one star I certainly would
