Really good communication and work well done

Did a great job, threw in a few bonus scratch repairs, which were much appreciated.
Courtesy car and my vehicle were both delivered and picked up, didn't have to worry about anything.
Was kept informed and repair was finished in the promised timeline.
Car came back nice and clean.
One positive detail was that the courtesy car was unmarked, so no embarrassment having to broadcast to everyone that I had been in an accident.

I was very impressed with their efficiency and professional service. The courtesy car they arranged was delivered on time, communication from them on day one and when they needed to keep me informed as to my car's progress. The work done was amazing, car delivered back with meticulous detail outside cleaned and inside as well. Definitely would recommend them.

The speed and efficiency of the service from DLG was great

Very responsive to any enquiries. Kept us up to date with the progress of our repair. Vehicle was returned cleaned and on time on date agreed.

Was hit by another car last year, and the people at DLG made quick work to fix my car through Direct Line.

From the time DLG got my car after my recent accident until the time they returned it to me repaired and looking like brand new again, I received regular updates and the upmost consideration from the whole team. They made what was a very traumatic experience a little easier for me and I’m grateful to the whole team. I’m still getting back to driving but my car looks and feels great. Thank you DLG Crawley.

Perhapps Trustpilot should get a grip

The repair was carried out to a decent standard but I was instructed to totally empty the car as it would be valeted before return,it wasn't, even the windscreen was smeared and the inside was as dirty as when it left me. Then today I have received a demand for valeting charges on the courtesy car. As an OAP I have to organise my expenditure, had this been brought to my attention I would have valeted it myself.

Car was repaired, developed a fault, took it back and the problem solved within the hour.
Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

you were all bluddy marvelous. the guys collecting and delivering my car both need a pay rise.
