Constant care for the customer- calls and a great personal touch
The workshop as well as the managing g team kept me informed at all times of the progress of the work being done. I was treated respectfully, one could say in the best of an “ old fashioned” care for the customer way. A great service by a company where at all levels I was cared for

If I could give six stars to DLG Auto Services in Crawley, I would! From the prompt collection of our car to its return, every step was handled with exceptional speed and professionalism. Thanks to Alan and his team in Crawley for keeping us informed of the progress and parts ordering with precise updates. Thanks to Paul fom Auxillis who delivered the courtesy car without delay and the minimum of fuss. We were extremely pleased with the excellent bodywork repair and very clean condition that the car was returned. Every staff member, whether on the phone or in person, was polite and courteous. DLG Auto Services truly sets a high standard for efficiency and customer care.

The repairs took longer than original estimate but I was kept informed. The reason for the 5 stars is because when they were advised of a panel being out of alignment they sent a team to rectify the fault in under 24 hours

I was really concerned that my car needed a bodywork insurance repair. I needn’t have worried ! DLG Auto Services did a first class job and my car was collected and delivered back to me without any fuss or bother. Communication during this time was also very good. Highly recommend them.

Quick, courteous, very good service and quality of workmanship.

Car was delivered back but a couple of warning light faults appeared on the dash computer. Bearing in mind that the whole back end of my car was taken off and replaced, this is not surprising.
They quickly came to get it, ran diagnostics and fixed the problem, whilst leaving me with a courtesy car at no charge.
Car was delivered back again within a couple of days and all seems fine. Touch wood.
Lots of conversations on the phone with the body shop & repairs manager, James. He is great and listened to all my concerns. We also reminisced (both being Gen X) about 'the good old days'. Top guy! Special thanks to James for everything - fingers crossed no 'flashing lights and beeping disco' happens again in my car! Thanks so much for everything.

The speed and standard of the work was excellent.It was also wonderful to have the car collected and brought back.
I regret I do not know how to do photo ID online or I would.

Very helpful. Done in the time that i was told. Kept me updated on repair. Would have had 5 stars but found after the return that it let water in boot no trouble came and picked it up and took it back but could not find leak been returned but still leaking with all rain getting they are coming to pick it up again with my convenience.

The complete service, pickup, repair and return flowed effortlessly. Quality of the repairs were excellent. A very satisfied customer.
