DLG repair the car through the Insurance Claim. The repair was undertaken to a good standard however when the car was returned, it was not cleaned properly and I suspect some additional scratch marks.
I was given a 999cc courtesy car in exchange for my 2200cc car being repaired and I was not comfortable with the courtesy car service at all hence kept it parked almost all the time.

I was so upset when my car was reversed into. DLG Auto services have done an amazing job repairing it. She looks brand new (and fitted a branded tyre which was above and beyond my expectations!) Great job, collected and bought back on time too. Thank you.

I was contacted the day after notifying my insurance company of the accident and I dropped my car off the following day.

The repairs took far less time than expected and were excellent.

Kept upto date with progress. Repairs completed well within estimated timescales. The whole process was without stress which is really important during a difficult time following an accident.

The garage was appointed by my insurers . They were efficient, kept in touch all the time and returned the vehicle fully repaired. Very easy to deal with .

One of my spare tyre nut was left in the car instead of in the box from where it was taken. I did not know what it was and had to contact the company to inform them about it. It was later, I was told what it was. One would expect a company to make sure everything is on the right place before returning the vehicle
