I cannot praise DLG highly enough! Fantastic standard of workmanship but also their communication was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, brought a courtesy car which was clean, in great condition and a good quality car. On collection of my own car they were so helpful and efficient, it was evident by the safety information on the walls they are a well managed and well led company. Such a joy to deal with!

The repairs we beautifully done and the service was excellent. They would have got five stars but their central office kept sending messages to someone who had asked not to receive them and was irritated by receiving them.

The staff were very helpful and, as they are UK based, the phone line worked! The pick up and drop off of the vehicle happened when they said it would.

My car was picked up by a friendly guy who assured me I would hear from DLG the following day. I got a call the day after assuring me that my car had been assessed and the repair could maybe take up to 7 days to be done. 5 days later I got a call to say that my car was fixed and would be returned the next day. Delighted with the repair and want to thank the team for their service.

Had my BMW X3 in to repair a scuff on the bumper. The team took the car in quickly to repair it, they tidied up the whole bumper and truly went over and above to make the car look great - cant thank them enough top job and lovely people to deal with. Excellent communication too - 5 star.
