My car was repaired by DLG Auto Services following a car crash. This company was chosen by my insurers and very pleased I am that it was. My car was with them for almost 6 weeks as there was difficulty sourcing parts. I was kept informed through the entire time my car was with them receiving regular updates and being contacted when promised to be contacted. Not once did I have to contact them. ALL of the staff I came into contact with were very helpful, very friendly and very professional. My car was returned to me today cleaned inside and out and the repairs were amazing!! I would choose to use this company again and cannot praise them enough. You are a credit to your trade!

The team at the DLG Auto in Orpington were initially very responsive at getting my car collected for repair, which was great, however they returned my car with an enormous crack covering 3/4 of the front windscreen, which made the vehicle undriveable! They took no responsibility for this and claimed that it was the result of a small crack that existed when collecting the vehicle, which had become exponentially worse during the course of their repairs. I found it disappointing that they drove the vehicle across London to return it to my house without thinking that it would be undriveable for me upon delivery and I would need to re-book in for repair two weeks later at my own cost and time (ie I had to drive it back across London and pay to replace the entire front windscreen) causing significant inconvenience and cancellation of the courtesy car. DLG Auto were terrible at responding to and confirming what had happened (it took more than 7 days of back and forth correspondence for such a simple matter) when requested by my insurance company so that I could get the car re-booked to replace the now irreparably / severely damaged windscreen. It was evident that DLG Auto were not interested in my car and or rectifying any related problems that were (at least partially) caused as a result of their work. They simply covered their tracks and showed no aftercare customer service.

Wonderful experience received from DLG Auto Services. Friendly & really fast next day pickup of the car & updates throughout the course of repairs. Notified of status of the car being ready & the driver Sam delivering our car was friendly & polite whilst explaining all the bit of information in the paperwork. Thank-you so much DLG Auto Services

Clearly experienced and professional. Great collection from and delivery back to home service. And the communication by email/SMS was good, so we knew when to expect the car back. Just a few reservations, especially about telephone contact and messages not being responded to.

My vehicle was collected by DLG from my home address and returned after repairs. The guys were very polite and considerate. I was updated regularly on any delays to the repair of my vehicle, and the repair was of excellent workmanship.

My car was returned in excellent condition, they had it rather longer than I hoped but every detail on my car was checked and corrected.

Overall they were excellent but I didn’t give 5 stars because they forgot to put on the new tyre and after we got home after collecting the car we got a phone call as the mechanic realised his mistake but was very apologetic. We drove back to DLG Orpington and the tyre was put on immediately with more apologies.
