I have just received my Z4 BMW back. Im so happy with the work that has been done!! . And the valet was amazing!! The best job ever done!
I can't believe how well the soft top has come up, amazing! A very big thankyou to your all your staff that worked in it such an excellent job.😁
And i would like to say thankyou to the very helpful, friendly chap that came and collected and returned my car. It is so rare to get such a great service and great team of staff.

I can’t recommend DLG Auto Services highly enough.
My daughter was involved in an accident back in October, and only recently—thanks to the warmer weather—we discovered a minor issue with the air conditioning not working.

I’ll be honest, given the time that had passed since the original repair, I was expecting a difficult conversation. However, from the very first contact with Kelly in the office through to Steve confirming the work was complete, the service was outstanding.

Everyone I dealt with, both office staff and technicians, were professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. The vehicle was inspected within two hours of the initial report, the fault was quickly identified, parts were ordered without delay, and the car was booked in and repaired while I waited.

A truly fantastic customer experience from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team at DLG Auto Services.

If I could give them 6 stars I would.
Kelly in the office and manager Adam went above and beyond to help me and my daughter when she was stranded, alone and her car wouldn’t start. I called in the off chance someone could go and jump start her car as I was 70 miles away. Adam was there wishing 15 minutes of my call. Helped her, started the car and did so in a kind, friendly and with generosity of heart. I will NEVER forget this kindness and want to say a HUGE thank you from the bottom of my heart. A truly great set up and obviously run by a people who genuinely care. 6 🌟

Professional, well organised and friendly service. Collected my vehicle at a time convenient to me, kept me fully informed and arranged delivery back to me when finished. Car was spotlessly clean & polished. Highly recommended - They go above and beyond. Thankyou to everyone in the team.

DLG AUTO SERVICES conducted the repair & respray of my rear bumper within the timescale quoted and made a really nice job of it, returning it to a factory fresh condition.

Poor communication!!
What is the point of having the link to communicate with the repair team if they never message back!!
Had the car 11 days! Gave me a really rubbish courtesy car that did not feel safe! Used all my petrol and didn't replace it! Drove the car around as 50 miles had been used even though the garage is 8 miles away?!
Overall though they did a good job on the repair it just took so long!

Very quick service, excellent communication, brilliant job done on the car. Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff

I was very happy with the experience I had dealing with DLG Auto Services. They picked up my car and supplied me with a courtesy car within 4 hours as my car wasn't secure and I have to check on an elderly parent regularly. The work was completed within the time scales given and was completely hassle free.

They kept me up to date on the repairs, were very cheerful and let me pick the car up from them to make it easier for me to get to work.

Organised the pick up of my car the next day, was only without it for 10 days, (but had use of a hire car). Arrange to have it brought back to me, was kept in the loop with phone calls at every stage of repair. Always pleasant when speaking to me. Excellent service.

Extremely disappointed with their service. My Audi SUV went for repairing scratch on rear bumper, there was still a marker left there which I specifically showed to the person from DLG who came to pick my car - poor workmanship. That's not all, they scratched my front bumper. When I challenged them, they send me pictures of my car taken after they left the car on my drive which had new scratches on the front bumper claiming those were pictures from before, absolute liars. There was no mention of scratches on front bumper on the report when my car was picked up and their person did a full thorough inspection of my car. When I asked them about the mark still left on rear bumper which was painted by them, the response was for me to take the car to the garage instead of they picking the car and sorting out the poor work they had done. Beware of these scammers and get your car repaired from the main dealer. I chose them as my insurer - Direct Line told me that I will have to pay £250 if I go to main dealer.

Only need one word to describe DLG. That word is EXCELLENT.

Everyone I had to deal with at DLG Auto Services was very friendly and courteous. The lady/ladies I spoke with on the phone to arrange car pickup and return and payment were cheerful and helpful - especially as we were out of the country when my car was ready, and they arranged to hold it back, as I preferred to be present when it was returned. The initial inspection man gave very useful advice, and both collection and return delivery drivers were excellent. They explained about the car photographs, and the new "paperless" admin service. I don't think they could have been any more cheerful and helpful! The email updates giving progress reports were useful too. And although I don't actually know any of the technicians who worked on my car, they,too, did an outstanding job.
