8 days from first contact to car collection. Excellent communication with the body shop through assessment of damage, receiving parts required, to completion of the works.

Everything worked like clockwork, from the calls from customer services, to picking up the damaged car and depositing a courtesy car, to carrying out repairs sooner than the estimated time to the high quality of the repair and returning the car looking as good as new.
What's not to like?

Very helpful and pleased at first with accident repair until I noticed minutes after collecting my car that there was a small crack in the corner of the windscreen. Not sure what to do I carried on home. I contacted DLG about the screen and they agreed to collect the car and fit a new windscreen. This they did but it took a week to fit it! I think this was a bit excessive as windscreen companies can locate and change a wind screen within hours. This said the repair was of a good standard and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Regular updates on the progress of my vehicle repair were very much appreciated.
When I collected my vehicle, they gave me time to inspect the repairs and did not rush me. I did find some glass fragments behind my granddaughter's car seat. As soon as I advised of this, they took my car away and cleaned it.
Only downside was that they washed my car mats which are fabric, and put them back in my car wet. So when I picked up the car, the inside of my windscreen was covered in moisture which the inspector then also had to clean and my car although it did not smell bad, didn't smell too good either. Receptionist is really nice young lady.
