I ordered a Premier Hybrid Queen mattress and Luxe adjustable base on September 1, let's say the 2nd because it was later in the evening. The online process was easy and information was helpful. As with other folks the shipping "est" date was 2-3 days later, which did not happen. I received my "free" mattress protector, 2 pillows, and a queen size sheet set prior to the bed arriving. I kept the pillows to use for decorative purposes, but the mattress protector, and the sheets were absolute crap and I threw them away. They were a "free" bundle with a stated value of $600. Give me a break.
I have a mattress and box spring I needed to get rid of and I have a shoulder injury pending surgery so I couldn't lift anything, so I ordered the white glove service at $199.00. Seems like a great deal to put everything together, and they took my old mattress and box spring. The delivery guys were from an outsourced company and they showed up 2 weeks after I ordered my bed. They were polite and did a great job unpacking, sitting it up and removing the packaging. There were two guys and I watched them complete the task for the most part, there was one occasion where one of the guys left the bedroom area to remove the box material. Once completed they left the house.
I have a small tray next to the kitchen and garage entrance where I keep my wallet, keys, etc.... Oddly, I happened to have $100 cash in my wallet, which is extremely rare for me to have any cash in my wallet. I didn't leave the house until two days later, when I went to get my wallet all my cash was gone; it's important to note that I live alone, I have no family/roommates, etc. living with me, I work from home, and no one has been in my house prior to and after the delivery, except for me and the two delivery guys.
I notified Dreamcloud immediately and filed a complaint, but naturally they asked for proof. They wanted my indoor security footage, who has their security cameras on when you are at home and the system is disarmed?
I had no way to prove that I had cash or that it was their contractor who took it. Their customer service was disappointing, unhelpful, and flippant about the whole thing; more or less "we'll talk to our vendor and call you back if find out anything". Anyone want to make a bet I get a call back? Yeah... exactly.
I know this review is long, but it's warning to all others! If you order white glove service with Dreamcloud be observant as they outsource their delivery and install, so make sure anything of value is out of sight.
As far as the bed and the frame is concerned..... I was told I could keep my existing headboard, but what they did was add the legs to the adjustable base and sit it over my existing metal bed frame. It looks stupid and not what I expected or asked for. The bed sleeps OK , it's not something I would willingly recommend, which is disappointing.

Fedex misdelivered part of the order on 8/28. I spent over an hour in several phone calls to Dreamcloud and eventually had to open a case with Fedex myself after rep told me âit is up to the digression of Fedex on whether or not to deliver to you"
Fedex attempted to deliver the mattress on 8/29. The box was shredded in one corner and torn in 3 more places. It was FILTHY. It was re-taped in several places. I REFUSED DELIVERY. Driver put it back on his truck. I called Dreamcloud and asked for a refund. 4 phone calls later I still waiting for the refund.

They offered a replacement and I took it even though I wanted the refund. within 60 days the new one sank worse than the first one. The website says money back guarantee. When you ask for the refund they tell you it will be refunded to original method of payment !!! LIES . They refused and send me a virtual mastercard for less than I paid for the mattress to begin with. They are junk mattresses / customer service is overseas and horrible RUN to another mattress company or store. Do not give them your money. You WIll Be Sorry !!!

This company advertises 1-2 day shipping after your order but as usual, there is a catch.
Not everything is in stock⊠they will make sure to deliver what they do have such as a big mattress thats impossible to pack back up if you open it - and their accessories - but a week later I get an update that the actual headboard and frame wonât ship out for three weeks⊠of course that update only gets added AFTER you receive the mattress and other items. It would be hard to believe this is not an intentional sales tactic.
They will advertise that fast shipping time, sell you items that are backordered or simply not available just to rope you in - and then offer you pocket lint (a $30 refund or an extra pillow) as an apology while youâre stuck without a bed for 3-4 more weeks.
Itâs bad business, itâs deceitful. Buyer beware. I will never do business with them again.

I called and spoke with a Dream Cloud representative on 7/8/25. He assured me that there was plenty of stock and my Cal King mattress would ship within 2 days. So I went ahead and placed my order based on that info. It should have shipped by yesterday, 7/10/25. Today I check, and now they're saying it will ship 7/17/25. I called, and I got a whole bunch of excuses!!!! I canceled the order since I was lied too. Now I get to wait 5 to 7 business days for my refund!!!!

I have not had my mattress and frame even 6 months and I am on my second frame and it broke again ! Now they only want to send me a new frame because the refund was only good for 60 days !! This frame is garbage and to spend the amount of money for something that I can not return in such little time I have had it is insane !!

Pure garbage. Arrived damaged. Bed is also way too soft. It's like sleeping on a marshmallow. I don't recommend. Gave one star for refunding me, but I have to dispose of their broken mattress myself. Avoid at all costs.

I was concerned when I went to give a review of their products and found no place to do so. So who knows where their site reviews come from. Anyway I got the premier mattress med firm, the bamboo platform frame and sheet set.
I really liked the frame and it was very easy to put together. I felt the sheets are cheap and would not purchase again, although I do like the pillows.
The mattress, I think, is a bit too soft for a medium firm. It was Very heavy and fed x left it inside front door of apt. Building. But, I got help and got it inside the apt. and I did it from there by myself. I am a 74 year old woman, so it is possible to do it, if you are motivated. Be very careful on unwrapping with blades and it does spring out when it is ready.
I cannot speak for its durability, but I have slept pretty well so far. For the price, it is fine. I will research even more when I upgrade this one because I missed all the bad reviews.
It was very timely regarding delivery.

Dreamcloudmattress Canada is not true to there word. I purchased a queen size mattress November 25th 2024. They said it would be delivered December 13th- 18th . Never arrived. Then date was changed to December 19th -23 rd. Never arrived. I called and they said it was delayed.. They said it will be here between 24th -28th . Never arrived. On Saturday 28th I called and the lady said it would delayed indefinitely. Not sure how long. Let me talk to our team and see what we can do. Few minutes later they offered to give a higher end price bed same size the premium mattress for the same price. And because of the stress they were going to discount on top of that an extra $50.00 off. So instead of getting the $1000.00 mattress I was getting the $1500.00 mattress for the same price. They returned my money and canceled my order for the first mattress and said they would call January 1st 2025 to redue the order. Today they called and said I would have to pay more for the mattress and I wasn't getting $50.00 bonus. I recorded everything they said and they lied. I'm disabled and on disability. They are putting me through so much stressful time right now. They are the worst liars ever. Please everyone don't purchase a mattress from them. Help those that are disabled and being poorly treated

We ordered a new bed from Dreamcloud with the bedding package. The next morning I receive a phone call that the bed we ordered is not available, but they have a different bed they will substitute. No ETA on the actual bed we wanted. She tells me to respond to the email I received. I did and cancelled the entire order.
Then I get an email that my order is on the way.
I call customer service and after several minutes on the phone (suddenly the bed was available??) they assure me I will be refunded and nothing will ship.
Then I'm only refunded for the bed and not the bedding. Just a frustrating experience all the way around.
So far a bad experience
I ordered my bed through their website based on all the wonderful reviews. Order process was easy, received notifications that the bed was going to arrive on Thursday 11/7. Based on the tracking, EVERYTHING was going to arrive together. Since I do not have room in my house for 2 King size beds, I made arrangements to have my existing bed removed so that the new bed can be put in its place. On 11/7 my mattresses arrive, but my frames took a wrong turn in Albuquerque. They both left the Dreamcloud facility in Mississippi together, they were both in Northern Florida together, then... my mattress arrives in SWFL but my frames arrived in Minnesota (?!?!?!) and are now expected to arrive on Saturday. I called Dreamcloud who offered me a $40 credit! Here's the problem, I do not have a bed, nor do I have a spare bedroom that I can sleep in. I ordered these mattresses because they are rated the best for a bad back (which I have).
Not sure how 1 order that leaves from the same facility on the same day going to the same place winds up in different locations almost 2000 miles apart. Last night I checked into a hotel for 2 nights at $200/night.
When I reached out to customer service, I was told that they are not responsible for how the shipper breaks up the order. I know that customer service reads from a script, but when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the manager was going to tell me EXACTLY what was already told to me, so there was no need to be transferred and was hung up on!!!

Last update: Everything is put together well and packaged wonderfully. Finally got to sleep in my new bed and I must say that the features on the frame are wonderful. Not overly impressed with the mattress, maybe it takes getting used to but I have this kink in my neck that I didn't have before. I may be returning 1 mattress (husband loves his, but then again he can sleep on a bed of rocks) and getting something more suited to me, maybe something a little firmer for my back which has a whole new set of pains.
Changed my review to 3 rather than 2 stars.

Not sure why so many bad reviews. My experience has been great. Got the product on time. Love it. Very comfortable. Customer service person named "Red" went way beyond expectations to help me with a FedEx mess. FedEx is impossibly horrible to deal with if you want any real support by a live person. I have purchased four mattresses from Dream Cloud and I love the company and the product. Great job all around.

Worth the wait
The bed took a few extra days to ship, but once it arrived, it was super easy to put together, and we were sleeping in it that night. We did the split king, and I didn't love the firmness of my mattress, so I bought a plush mattress pad, and I am sleeping like a dream. I love all the features of the frame--especially that I can partially raise my head to help with my health issues--and not bother my husband. Time will tell if it holds up, but we are happy with the purchase for now.
