They were amazing! Shipment got lost in transit and they contacted me and sent the product again free of charge! The area rugs I ordered were everything and more! Will order from them again!

Worst experience with customer service
Worst experience with customer service. I still don't have any updates after weeks of asking and when I tried to call the phone number, it is disconnected or busy. The email that I am going back and forth with only responds at 2:00 in the morning every couple days. Its impossible to get anywhere with them.

Looks good but tastes better.
Your product looked great to me loved it. Apparently it tastes even better because my 11 month old American Bully chewed it up. Just like them chewed up NY Giants!

The problem is I never got my package
The problem is I never got my package. You apparently did not have the scanner code correct with my address and it went to another state. I reached out to you and was told I would have to deal with it myself. I paid for something I never received! You stated the package was undeliverable due to wrong shipping address, yet when I tracked the package it was delivered.

Great blanket and images are crystal clear

Not what I expected.
The rug is accurate size and it is soft to step on. The designed is what I expected except the Cubs logo was blah. I am VERY disappointed on how it was delivered. I didn't expect the rug to be folded and vacuum sealed. Not sure best way to get the creases out. The price is definitely more than the quality is worth.

I didn't like the quality of my rug
I didn't like the quality of my rug. I looked more like a mate and it didn't stretch out. I won't bother with returning but just being honest, I probably wouldn't buy here again. It just wasn't what I was expecting when I ordered a rug.
