Ordered on 10/3023, a Philadelphia sports rug. In late Nov received email that would receive within 1-2,days. Still nothing. This is a Christmas gift, so very upset. Want the company to rush me this rug. Thanks

Terrible service
You’re asking me how you did and I haven’t even received the product yet. I’m starting to get pissed because I ordered it a long time ago and I need it by this Friday. Your service is terrible and your mailing is worse. It shows a date of experience of November 15, that was a date I ordered the product and today is December 7 and I still do not have the product!

Perfect unexpected gift find
I wanted a gift for my boyfriend that he never would have expected. The quilt is PERFECT! it's his favorite band - the quality is superb! Thank you for making our Christmas so wonderful!

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience, company. And customer service! Pathetic excuse for a company! Strongly advise anyone to not be scammed by these people and be out almost $100! Refusing a return or refund after I requested a cancelation WELL before my product shipped. Now they are refusing ANYTHING!

Chargers quilt
I ordered a chargers quilt set as described on Facebook for a Christmas gift. I received a chargers duvet set which cannot be used. I wanted to return it for a refund. Now they tell me to keep the order which I cannot use or want and they wii only refund a portion of the purchase. I am retired and on a fixed income and just wanted to return the item with a full refund!!
