Poor quality- return process is terrible; no address listed for return

Rug was not what i expected cheaply made to lite, expecting a sturdy rug

Strongly dislike the material. This seems like a oversized cheaply made bath rug in my "Man Cave"

I received the rug in a timely manner but was not totally satisfied with the quality of the colors on the rug. The red slightly bled into the white in a few places.
I am not returning it because it is for the bedroom of a 7 year old boy and he probably won't notice it.

I received them quick but had to return them and I have not heard if they were received back nor have I seen a credit to my account.

The rug was awesome! I’m very pleased with the looks and feel of the rug! My son is a true cowboys fan and he also loves the rug! The only thing I had a problem with is it said it would be shipped on 12/21 and didn’t come till after the new year! But overall I’m pleased!

The rug was delivered and looks fantastic in my son's room. He loves the 8-bit Mario Characters

The rug was nice and soft but as far as the color it could have came out better, it seemed like it was a bit faded.

Quality rug, will shop here again thank you! :-)

Exactly as I ordered it. It's perfect.

Tracking information is not legit. When tracking, it resets the website. Have not received items purchased on 12/8.

I ordered these rugs 2 weeks prior to Christmas and I still don't have them. Very disappointed. I bought bedspreads for my nephews and wanted to place them with rugs. Rugs look nice, but won't order from your company again.

Like the rug except it is not the color it should be. It’s not Kc chiefs colors which are red not burgundy.

My rug came better than expected! Very happy with my purchase for a rug in my bar room

I ordered my rug in 11/20 and almost a month later it’s still not here. When i track the shipment it shows sitting in a warehouse in GA for over a week. This was a Christmas gift that won’t make it

Love the product. Shipping took a while but they kept me updated along the way.

I ve purchased the rugs from Dreamrooma. This rug was easy to unpack. The package folds were non-existent once it was laid down. It is light weight and I know it will fit into my large washing machine. The colors are subtle and do not dominate the room.I am very happy with the rug and who quickly it was sent to me.

I absolutely love this rug from Dreamrooma. It brightens up my home and gives me inspiration every day. It makes my room more unique than before. Although the rug seems a bit thin, it has a design that really makes me want to look at it every day.

I was very skeptical about ordering from social media things but I can't stop looking at this. The rug is amazing and great quality. Its big! And my daughter loves it because it has nice design and from me. Highly recommend this company. Delivery is slow so order ahead of time.
