Pésimo. MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTA APP. Si te registras te suscriben de manera opaca y empiezan a llegarte cargos a tu tarjeta. El servicio de reclamaciones contesta cuando le viene en gana, semanas después, y no te devuelven nada, tienen el morro de decirte que son cargos por suscripciones mensuales ¿diferentes y en unos pocos días? Y los precios de aparcamiento desorbitados. Me salían 26 euros por aparcar en una zona azul un rato, que no pagué y me fui. Ninguna confianza.

Es wird für 1 Std.Parkdauer und wiederholtem Einspruch nichts unternommen um das fehlerhafte Erkennungssystem der Autos zu beheben.Somit wird weiterhim für z.B.einen VW-Bus 28 ,- Euro gefordert,da das System ihn als Camper wertet.
Nach wiederholten Anrufen wird gesagt,dass sie das Problem nicht beheben können.
Vielleicht dann nächstes Jahr.
Die Besucherzahl reduziert sich gerade drastisch.

Me parece que no es de recibo que me carguen un aparcamiento de un coche de alquiler pasado más de un año desde que el coche se alquiló por tres días. Responsabilidad y disposición cero.

Me llamaron ofreciendo una serie de servicios, que nunca mencionaron que eran de pago. Después para mi sorpresa, me envían un alta del servicio con un coste de 5 € mensuales. Inmediatamente escribo para que me den de baja y no cobren el servicio. No hay respuesta. Una estafa en toda regla.

For inquiring about even a monthly parking spot, do you have to book an appointment ahead of time to be contacted? This is ridiculous.

Easy Park gibt in der App selbst zu, dass sich diese bei schlechtem Netz selbst stoppen kann.
Das ist mir vermutlich passiert, leider habe ich es bei der Ausfahrt nicht bemerkt.
Nun muss ich wegen fehlenden 1,50 satte 46,50 Strafe bezahlen an Parkdepot, den Auftraggeber von EasyPark!
Daher Warnung an alle:
Nicht im Wald spazieren gehen, wenn man bei EasyPark parkt....!!

Nicht zu empfehlen, trotz korrekt gekauftem Parkschein in Wien Strafzettel bekommen =50.-. Keinerlei Support vom Kundendienst - ich muss mich an die Parkraumüberwachung wenden. Wozu zahlt man eine Servicegebühr? Damit man sich mit einem Chatbot unterhalten darf der an die FAQs verweist 🙄…. Hände weg!

Jeg forsøgte med Barkode på pladsen, det virkede ikke!
Så registrerede jeg mig med Easy Park som har camera registrering, og som viste at parkeringen var aktiv.
Da jeg forlod pladsen var ingen parkerings seddel under vinduesviskeren.

Så skriver Oparko: Bilen havde ikke en gyldig tilladelse til opholdet fra kl. 09.27 til kl. 14.07.
Vi fastholder efteropkrævningen på 60 kr. + gebyr for opholdet.
Min anbefaling er derfor: undgå parkering ved Macelis Hotel Århus.

Havde en samtale med Nadja, da min bil blev registeret i fields imens jeg er udlandsk Beder om dokumentation for dette - hvilket det ikke kan give da de henviser til gardian… sindssygt at betale via dem

The company is a joke!

Got a parking ticket, they said I can contest it to the "proper authority" because Easypark just represents them. Of course, you call the park, and they say, "All parking services are managed by EasyPark." This puts you in an endless loop of searching for how to fix this.

To ensure you just pay, they increase the fine the later you pay. So once you get in contact and submit your appeal and go through the non-immediate review period, the fine can increase from when you submitted to when they provide you a verdict, which will be a no because there is nothing you can do about it.

EasyPark is a valueless addition to society that exists solely to make money from complexities that protect them by making others' lives inconvenient. Bunch of losers.

Achtung, Geld wird abgebucht wenn ma zuhause sitzt und das Auto nirgendwo parkt. Auch wenn man sich umgehend beim Kundendienst meldet, passiert nichts!

I have used this service many times I parked at 6:30pm then the next day I got text that my payment method is suspended I emailed to pay for it and they couldn't give a reason to why it was suspended I emailed back and forth with no clear explanation on why it was suspended and they wouldn't accept my card details there also was no attempt of payment made on my account on top of this my email exchange emails were failing to send through. Then randomly I get a text a few days later that the account is no longer suspended and the payment had went through. I was stressing just wanting to pay my parking but they made it very hard even after payment went through I got follow up emails as if it didn't I called the phone line and the lady that answered gave no clear reason on what happened just stated multiple reasons it could be and couldn't provide actual reason or apology it all made no sense but I'm glad the payment was confirmed and my account was taken off suspension.

Parkvorgang kann nicht gestoppt werden. Auch die Parkzeit-Verkürzung funktioniert als Workaround nicht.

Erst eine2€ Abbuchung ohne Erklärung, dann musste ich feststellen, dass ich ohne es zu wollen ein Abo abgeschlossen hatte und der Kundenservice reagiert nicht!

I have been charged €4,67 for 4 month for a businessaccount. I haven't received a invoice for it. and now I try to reach customerservice where only a AI chat bot is available and he can't help me and wants to sent me through to a employee. which doesn't happen. this already takes me 5 hours of my time. charging for a business account and not even able to send me a proper invoice??????????? how

I have never subscribed to their plan and they charged my credit card via apple pay today 2,56eur. It's a huge scam.

Got a ticket for being 10 min late. Paid parking but they don't have any grace period. Ticket is $90. no discount either. Customer service didn't budget either.
