1 ster is al te veel. De klantenservice geeft nergens antwoord op. De bussen rijden ineens niet. Sta je dan. Zonder alternatief als je in een dorp woont. Chauffeurs zeggen nauwelijks iets. De klachten worden beantwoord met een standaard email. Het is te triest voor woorden.
Bus 133 naar Maasland terug!!
Bus 133 naar Maasland wordt ineens weggehaald! Kinderen gebruiken die bus om naar school te gaan. Ipv 25 is ons kind nu een uur onderweg. De kosten zijn ook veel te hoog! Van de 10 busritten die ze nu gemaakt heeft is er maar 1 goed gegaan. Bus 133 is een directe verbinding. Nu moet onze dochter van 12 3 keer overstappen! Geen probleem alleen moet de volgende bus wel op komen dagen!!

Echt minder dan 1 ster! De bus van Delft naar Maasland en terug is al jaren lang een bus voor kinderen om naar Lentiz Maasland te kunnen gaan. Deze is tijdelijk opgeheven door wegwerkzaamheden (lees tot 2027) er was een vervangende bus met een kleine omweg maar deze is nu ineens ook opgeheven. De reis van en naar school is nu lastig en 3x zo duur! Nu reizen de kinderen met 2 tot 4 overstappen van bussen en of treinen en zelfs dit vervoer valt elke keer uit! Jullie laten letterlijk kinderen in de kou en regen staan! Echt belachelijk en een normale reactie van EBS krijg je er niet op. Dit mag toch niet zo maar? EBS zou zich moeten schamen.
Inefficient and outdated service
Tried contacting them to get my Authenticator App working on new phone. Had to hold for 15 minutes before call was answered. Then the amount of security questions I had to answer was beyond anything reasonable. Was another ten minutes simply giving my answers. The new code won't arrive for between 3 and 5 working days. Extremely poor and outdated customer service. The whole phone call lasted 25 mins.
Bus 31 (Den Haag-Hoek van Holland v.v.) slaat haltes over
Op 20/8 ontdekte ik bij toeval dat bus 31 (Den Haag Hagaziekenhuis/Hoek van Holland) onaangekondigd een 6 vaste haltes achtereen overslaat. Terwijl in de bus die haltes wel worden afgeroepen. het gaat om de achtereenvolgende haltes Buitentuinen, Louis Armstrongplein, Arnold Spoelplein, Ockenburghstraat en Ockenburgh. Deze haltes worden echter wel in de bus afgeroepen als zijnde de volgende halten waar de bus zal stoppen. Maar er wordt kennelijk een omleidingsroute gereden. Terwijl er ook geen aanvullende mededeling is van de chaufeur dat die halten âevenâ niet worden gepasseerd. Vandaag (27/8) was dit ook nog zo. Als een busmaatschappij in de dienstregeling en op de halte-borden BELOOFT bij een aantal haltes te passeren en te kunnen stoppen, moet die dat ook waarmaken. Het kan bij iedere busmaatschappij voorkomen, dat er door wegwerken bepaalde halten tijdelijk niet kunnen worden gepasseerd. Maar normaliter lichten busmaatschappijen hun klanten daar dan ieder rit over in.

Terrible customer service. Bad training or bad staff. Outdated procedures waste my time. Need to make an appointment to do simple things like an existing customer opening a savings account.
I went to the counter at EBS Blanchardstown with all my IDs and proof of address to open a savings account. The bank was empty but I was told I had to make an appointment and come back 3 days later to open the account. I came back at the time of my appointment where the same member of staff opened the account in 5 minutes,
This was an enormous waste of my time especially as an existing customer.

Ebs online banking is a basket case never work when you need it .IT DEPARTMENT SHOULD ALL BE FIRED.
7 Years with the same problems with there _ucking confirm authentication useless and ebs knows these problems exist for at least the last 7 years I've been with them with my documented complaints department. The only reason I'm still with ebs is I've a mortgage with them .
I'm seriously looking to switch my mortgage to Bank of Ireland purely because there online banking is so bad and ebs refuses to address there online banking issues .
I now have zero trust in ebs to deal with any money

Geen alternatief. Moelijk of niet thuis kunnen komen doordat alleen deze bus op de route zit. Er is geen pendelbus zoals naar wordt verwezen op Meerplus.nl. Vooral ouderen en alleen reizende kinderen zijn hiervan de dupe. Graag zsm een oplossing hiervoor!

EBS are the best bank in Ireland with regard to mortgages hands down. Most negative reviews are from people who have not or are unwilling to deal with a human. How can you expect a great service with some sort of rapport? EBS have given me an exceptional service every single time. Donât believe people who are not willing to go and sit with a human. Fortunately we are far away from all automation as a society. Go and meet your local branch manager before writing nonsense!

The online banking is terrible. It's hit or miss whether you can log in or not. Constantly getting a server error response for the last 36 hours.

I tried to log in yesterday and kept getting "server error".
The internet application is useless, so I assumed it was playing up again, but oddly enough my PC login would not work either.
I phoned for help. it was refused. Even generic solutions like try reloading the application were not allowed it seems.
The reason to decline help was after giving them my personal details, card details and all the other bits of information, I simply could not recollect my last purchase on the account.
I would have to go to the village three miles away, make a purchase and tell them in order to get help.
When I pointed out how stupid and ridiculous it was to use a debit with a contactless feature to validate security, the logic seemed totally beyond them.
I can only assume that the lack of help and the poor and erratic operation of their smartphone application is a deliberate ploy to get rid of customers.
Fortunately this is not my only account, in fact the reason I don't use it more frequently is the almost useless smartphone application anyway.
This bank lacks the absolute basics
Over and over again this bank disappoints. It is not user friendly. No online app. I tried to take money out via bank transfer and got told the bank doesn't do that - they could only give me a check or cash. To open a savings account you have to go in person. I had all the documents ready as per the website and when I arrived the staff scoffed at me and said I need an appointment to open a savings account; but then they couldn't offer me an appointment between 12 and 1 ever, which is the only time I can be free between the hours of 10 and 4 Monday to Friday. Also you cannot find information online such as the minimal online transfer amount (which I think now is 2000)
