Have purchased two bikes from Engwe now and so far am very happy with them. Customer service is good and are very quick to respond. My only complaint is that I needed to order a new parking kick stand for one of the bikes and it took over ten emails between us to actually get one ordered. Surely this is something that could be bettered?

I have an engwe engine pro I've had itâŠ
I have an engwe engine pro I've had it for 18 months now and I ride almost everyday, I've done over 3,500 miles on it and I have had 0 issues, the only thing I've had to change is the break pads and chain through wear ,these bike are so tough and are capable of flying over any terrain, I've put this bike through its paces i can tell you and it's unbelievably solid ,this company is highly recommended and they obviously no what they are doing when it comes to building solid and very reliable bikes, I've also added heavier tyres to this bike and I am still getting over 30 miles on one charge after covering over 3,500 miles on it ,I also want to add that a few days ago I emailed engwe to ask a question and they were very quick on responding and they were quick on finding the information that I needed, they are a great company that builds great ebikes that are an absolute joy to ride ð¯ð

What can I say....
Well, when I ordered the bike (E26) there was a stock issue, there was a bit of a wait for it to be delivered, I contacted their customer service and got an immediate response to my email explaining the situation and that they would inform me when the item was to be shipped. I did however become a bit frustrated with the delay and I made my frustration known to Engwe. There customer service was fantastic, they apologized for the delay and immediately offered a package of extras as a way of an apology/compensation, when I had to brass neck to ask for a better package they immediately agreed. The bike arrived and was simple to assemble, clear instructions and with all the tools needed. The agreement was that once I received the bike, I inform them and then they would send out the extras, they arrived within a few days. I love the bike, the extras make it (in my opinion) their customer service is superb, with pretty much immediate response, and it is definitely a company that I will be recommending to anyone that asks, and some have asked, and I get questions about the bike on a regular basis, it is a beast of a thing, but I love it. This is a genuine review, I have not been promoted or paid for this positive feedback, I can share email feedback if needed.

Nervously ordered my E26 from Engwe UK and didn't notice they were out of stock, was slightly disappointed but resigned myself to the end of September for delivery.. Shouldn't have had any concerns, Had a few e-mails back and forth with Engwe Uk which were all quickly responded to and professional.. To my surprise I had an e-mail saying they had a shipment at start of Sept, and had managed to reserve me a bike and a week or so later recieved my shipping details.. Slight hiccup on delivery date and on the day, but that was the courier as opposed to Engwe but still had great comms with the courier... All in all defo worth a 5 star, bike and overall service from Engwe UK put other more premium companies to shame.. Highly recommended for both product and service..

Great bikes
Great bikes! Loads of torque and power is added smoothly because of the sensor in the crank. Build quality is better by far than any of the other e-bikes Iâve owned. Have them in Cyprus as well as here in the uk and we barely use the car to get about Pafos now. We can get all our shopping in the pop out paniers.
Everyone wants to chat about them on seeing them and feel like Iâve become a Rep for Engwe now ð

We are very sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused. The shipment of your E26 HT has unfortunately been affected by severe port congestion, which has delayed multiple containers from different companies, not only ours. Pick-ups now require queueing and advance booking, which has slowed down the process.
The good news is that our container has already been confirmed for release in early September and should arrive at our warehouse by mid-September. This means your order can be delivered around late September to early October.
As compensation, we have sent you the corresponding solution via email. We hope you can check the email and let us know your thoughts.

First Rate Customer Service
Having purchased a new Engwie Engine Pro2 recently on unpacking and assembly of said cycle we noticed that the rear mudguard/wing had a slight dent. Having taken a photo and sent it to the customer centre they offered us a package b as compensation. Having already got cycle helmets I asked if we could go with the C package instead. Two days later the package arrived. Now granted it would be nicer to get something new that had no damage but this will happen to it in time so although disappointing itâs not a big issue. The customer care though is and it definitely gets my approval. Quick and thorough in their responses, kind, supportive and willing to go that extra mile.
