Ugh. What an experience! I ordered clothes in December 2023 for my end of February beach vacation. February came and went, no communication after repeated attempts ‘where are my clothes?’ And finally I receive an email ‘we’ve made 2 of 5 of your pieces. We are having trouble with fabrics…’ -same story everyone is getting. They sent me my 2 pieces in May, (5 months later) but still haven’t refunded me the rest of my order (7 months later!). After sent numerous emails demanding my refund and have received one saying they would put it through to their accounting department (2 months ago) and nothing. EShakti not only does not deliver their product but they’re thiefs too - keeping your hard earned money!

Do not buy. This used to be a really great company, I'm actually upset because I used to buy all my work clothes from them. No customer service, and the constant sales seem to be some sort of desperate cash grab / scam because they aren't sending clothing out.
They don't respond to contact attemps and you arent going to get your order. It'll just sit at the pattern creation phase for months. If you paid through PayPal, put in a dispute. They won't respond, but you'll get your money back. They obviously saw my dispute because they just cancelled my order instead of contacting me.

Where is my refund?? First time ordering a dress, they were super slow and the order needed to be cancelled. They said that I'd get a refund in 15 days, no communication afterwards. Send me my money eshakti, you didn't fulfill your promises

Sadly I am among the many who have ordered and paid for dress not received. Ordered in March. Received an email after questioning the delivery stating a problem with fabric supplier. So I waited. Now months later still no dress. Emailed to cancel order and get refund. Got a response saying sorry about delay will cancel and send refund in 5-7 days. 14 days now no refund and no response ti my emails anymore. Buyer beware. I am so disappointed.

I placed my order May 4, 2024, it is July 16, 2024 and I haven't received my order. I have sent 2 emails and left 1 voicemail, and no call back or response. I don't care If they use golden thread, I won't be ordering from them again. Horrible customer service!

I spent hundreds of dollars on clothes. I never got the items. They wouldn’t respond to requests for information. I finally took to social media to get their attention. It worked and they said they’d send me back my money. It’s been a month and they haven’t. They are also, once again not responding. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Multiple orders MONTHS late with zero resolution. Received a single email weeks after sending multiple messages, stating that I would get a refund for one of the orders. Never got my $ back and never heard from again. NEVER place an order with this company.

Unfortunately, I am another formerly-satisfied customer who will no longer shop at eShakti. Their website clearly states that their shipping charges cover any import duties, and that they will refund any that are charged by mistake. UPS charged me almost $30 duty. I requested a refund months ago, and have received nothing but incoherent and off-topic communications from eShakti in return. This company used to be excellent, and sadly, now cannot be trusted.

I've had many positive experiences with this business, but currently, they don't seem to be shipping anything to anyone.

I have multiple orders that are 3-4 months overdue. No one returns emails or phone calls. The same items are still listed on their site with a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. New items are being added, frequently, too.

I've had to dispute two charges for non-delivery. I wouldn't have minded waiting longer, but I don't think my clothes are coming- no matter how long I wait.

After being a loyal customer for years and having a wardrobe full of their clothing, I am most disappointed to find my last order (from January 2024) has not yet been completed.

I ordered three dresses. Two of them have been showing as being in packing and shipping since February, the last one has not even been started. Replies to emails have been taking up to six weeks to receive and the last email I received in June (exactly one month ago), stated that the two dresses that were complete would be shipped and I would receive an email notification of that. No such luck.

After doing a bit of poking around the interwebs, I decided to take a look at the Better Business Bureau website (as they are/were a listed company in the US). According to the BBB 'On 06/25/2024 accreditation was suspended due to a failure to address marketplace disputes quickly, professionally, and in good faith'. That does not bode well for what used to be a brilliant company.

I have ordered from eShakti for years and had a good experience, until now. I've placed an order for two dresses in May and one was delivered...but it was not my dress!! There was another dress in the box, so I sent it back. My second dress, according to the system is still being made? I called their customer service and left a message, but have not heard back from them. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN ESHAKTI AND WILL TAKE THIS COMPLAINT FURTHER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE PURCHASE FROM THEM...IT IS A SHAME!!

I ordered a dress for my son’s wedding 3 months before the happy day and the day came and went with no dress. I then cancelled my order and was promised a refund. Still have not received a refund and no response to my emails. $200 down the drain. As I am in Australia I have little recourse to get my money back. Buyer beware!

Purchased a summer dress with no modifications 5 weeks ago. Was quoted 3-4 weeks for delivery. At 4 weeks I followed up requesting an ETA and they haven't responded a week later. I logged in check progress only to see it has not even produced, but is still at the beginning fabric stage. Do not recommend.

I am very sad to write this review. For many years, I ordered beautifully semi custom made garments and received many compliments on them. But in early April 2024 I guess I placed my last order. I still have not received anything and in late May my account showed the order had been “cancelled.” I did not cancel anything. Reviews say something has gone horribly wrong. Eshakti stopped responding. They owe me $226. I do not understand why they are still advertising and taking orders.

I have ordered a few dresses from Eshakti. Yes, it took a little longer than expected but it was fine. I was really pleased with the results. Recently, May 1, I ordered a pair of pants, a shirt and a dress. Expected date, May 30. I have not received anything. I log onto app, it just says it is in the put together phase. I have left numerous messages, I try to email but it doesn't work...some sort of error...so frustrating. I was really hoping for this company, but it looks like another one bites the dust.

I ordered 2 dresses back in March 2024. Never got my order, and any email update seemed templated, as it said basically the same thing for weeks. No one picks up the phone on their customer service line. After reporting to Better Business Bureau, and a final email asking for a refund, I got an email in June 23rd, saying they are “sorry I wish to cancel my order” and that refund details “..will be mailed to my account”. As of typing this review, I have not received any updates by mail or email, there was no credit added to the credit card used to make the purchase, and my eShakti account has not had alerts or changes. At this point I don’t expect a positive outcome so I am doing my due diligence to warn other shoppers to steer clear of this company. Save your money!

I have been a customer of eShakti for over 15 years. I was always pleased with their product, until March. I ordered my summer wardrobe 10 outfits on March 13th. I have not received my garments nor my refund. In April the were responsive until I asked for my money back because there was no movement with production on my garments.

I am extremely disappointed and will never order from them again. More so than that it's been a nightmare trying to get my money back. I hope no one orders from them.

I ordered a dress on 19 December 2023 for my son's wedding on 29 June 2024. In April I received a dress that was completely different to the one I ordered. I tried calling the number on the site - it was disconnected. After numerous emails, I was told my dress was being remade. After numerous emails, I was told my dress had been sent end of May and I would receive tracking information shortly. Despite numerous emails, I never received the tracking information and I never received my dress. I have asked for a full refund, but of course have not heard anything back.

Ordered a custom dress in January, 2024, for my daughter’s wedding festivities in April. When it wasn’t going to be arriving in time, I canceled my order and asked for a refund. It is now July 2, 2024 and I have not received my refund.
I love the concept of being able to choose your own fabric and different sleeve length and dress length and would’ve ordered more, but obviously, I will never order anything from them again.

I ordered some dresses in the past and, even though they are not very fast, they were reliable. This year I ordered a dress on May 22nd and today ( July 2nd) I haven't received. E-mails remained unanswered. Maybe they were good in the past. Not anymore.
