So easy to use, book & track! Will definitely use again!

Absolutely woeful . . .

Tracking didn't initially work,

Package was reported delivered - but wasn't - as confirmed by recipient who was physically waiting for it !

Failed to follow instructions - not leaving package even if recipient not home.

Billed without advice/consent for this non-service as an additional fee !

No response to our initial late/non-delivery inquiry with the company.

Highly disappointed - would not recommended this company/service to anyone.

Delivered interstate amazingly quickly and for an excellent price.

Terrible experience such an unreliable company the puts you in contact with other unreliable companies they booked me with Allied express they took my money no one showed up had to contact fair trading

Package was significantly delayed & failed to get a straight answer from either company. The delays meant the package required a change in delivery address which unfortunately wasn’t followed through with either so I had to arrange for an another courier to the deliver the package to me a week later.

A simple exercise. The online form and payment part was easy to follow and do. The package was promptly collected and quickly delivered.. no damage no issues. A great service.

All the stock I sent was destroyed when it arrived with my wholesale customer! I spent over $50 for delivery only to lose $500 worth of stock!

I have been trying to get the update on my delivery and its been 15 days since someone picked up the item from my place but there is no update on your website from past 15 days - the update was that its been picked up and next day it was updated that the delivery is delayed but after that its been 15 days and no update.i have been sending you queries but there is no response yet. This is how you do the business? Who is responsible for the items if they dont reach in time or doesnt reach at all? You guys take our money and our parcel and dont even bother to respond? I need my money back and my item if you cant deliver it.

Absolute waste of time and money. To be avoided. No phone number, no help from email, and no attempt to rectify. They still haven't even booked a pick up after 3 days! Fast to take your money, that's about it.... got sick of waiting and cancelled, no to try and get my money back.....

Easy to book online. Great value. Good communication. Pick up as promised. Super fast delivery.

If there was an option to give no stars I would the worse customer service ever...waited all day for them to collect my parcel they didn't arrive no one to help you just someone that takes messages someone was meant to return my numerous calls no one called me back still waiting for a refund I wish I had read the reviews first don't use this company
