I am DISGUSTED in this company!!
I had 2 seperate shipments send through this company and although measured accordingly they have taken it upon themselves to charge me an extra $500 AFTER the shipment had been delivered to the receiver claiming the package was "oversize and over weight".
I have evidence to prove that this is NOT the case and have correct measurements pictured.
They have taken $500 out of my account quoting their "auto-pay" policy - DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS leaving my family without.
I will be furthering this as far as I can take it as shamefully you are unable to leave a google review!

The pickup was timely and the delivery was several days earlier than the original estimate. Only the tracking was not as complete as experienced with other carrier. The system could not always recognise the tracking number.

Fast Couriers actually provides a very slow service. I ordered on the 27 of November and I am still awaiting delivery on the 9th of December.
I have been told repeatedly by customer service that my delivery is due to arrive today but to date it still hasnât arrived.
I would never recommend this service to another customer!

The worst. Expensive, did not collect on time, did not contact me when they failed to collect, lost my package, and then delivered it to a city three hours away to a shop and left it there - creating a problem for the shop (whose parcel is this and why is it here?), and for me because the item cost $2,000 and was tailor made for me. It found its way back to me thanks to a very caring staffer at the shop making an extra effort to track me down and let me know they had my suit. This company is an absolute DISGRACE. No apology, no follow up, literally zero customer care and literally zero responsibility - they just dumped my expensive suit in a shop 350 kilometres away and left it there like ânot my problem.â Use these careless fools at your own risk.

I requested my package be picked up from my office on Wednesday 12th November. I found out later that day that the courier arrived, came to our office level but didn't come into our office reception area where I had left the package, nor did they call me. I then had to rebook pickup for the following day, Thursday. I was told it would be a 2- business day delivery window, but the package did not arrive at its destination until a week later on Wed 19th November, which was two days after I needed it.

I got a quote which I then passed onto the customer. He excepted and I tried to place the order and kept coming up with technical errors on 4 different occasions. I changed payment method and even changed the courier to a more expensive one and I still got technical errors and the order wasn't accepted
Their 'contact us' service does not allow you to phone anyone only email so while my customer is waiting, I have to wait for them to email or find an alternative courier.
Their reply asks me to email them the problem. I did this at the time before I left the bad review but while they have responded to the bad review they have not responded to the email. Marketing seems to be prioritised over customer service and that was my point in the first place. I cannot phone anyone and I get a faster response via trust pilot than by emailing them directly.

Freight company turned up about 2 hours later and item was delivered to destination before lunchtime the next day. Tracking/communication and website are fantastic.

You can email them as many time as you like, their assistance service is just non-existent, I've emailed them so many times).
Late pickups, you get charged even if the job has been rejected by the courier company.
If you want to use their portal, be ready for problems and delay.

Frustrating. Differing tracking and when queried by the sender and me the receiver, the response was the same with the name changed. It was obvious it was the 'bog standard' response given to anyone with a tracking issue. We basically had no idea where the package was. When it did arrive it was supposed to be FedEx. Well that had been handed off to some third party courier I'd never heard of. Normally my FedEx packages are delivered by FedEx. Not particularly happy by the whole experience. Oh, and they didn't deliver on the date specified.
