I'm really sorry your leggings didn't fit, and I understand how frustrating it is to then be told you'd need to pay return postage on top of that. That's not the experience we want anyone to have.

A few things I want to address directly:

On sizing: Our leggings are made-to-order via dye-sublimation, and we know our fit can run smaller than standard high-street sizing — that's on us for not making it clearer at checkout. We publish a size chart with measurements (not just S/M/L) for exactly this reason, but if customers aren't seeing it before they buy, the chart isn't doing its job.

On the exchange: Because each pair is printed to order, we can't restock returns the way a traditional retailer can — every return is a write-off for us, which is why our policy is structured the way it is. That's an explanation, not an excuse. In your case, I'd like to make it right: please reply to our emails with your order number and I'll send you a replacement pair in the correct size at no cost to you, and you can keep or donate the original pair. No return postage required.

Also, great call on care: skipping the dryer (and letting them air-dry) really helps protect the fabric and keep the colors looking fresh. Our goal is to make leggings that stay vibrant and durable wear after wear.

And thank you for the note about our limited return policy. You’re right to flag it. It can seem strict compared to big-box brands, but made-to-order production helps us avoid overstock and landfill waste, so we can’t resell returns. That said, we do support exchanges/store credit so you can land the perfect fit.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m truly sorry that the leggings and sports bra didn’t match what you expected. I can understand how disappointing it must feel to receive something that doesn’t align with the look you had in mind.

For these particular styles, the names include the word “Print” (for example, Fishnet Print) to indicate that the design is a printed effect, not actual mesh or rhinestones. We also include a note in the product description that states:

“NOTE: There are no sparkles on the leggings, this is a high-definition 3D print that looks realistic.”

The goal is to create bold, eye-catching designs while keeping the fabric soft, breathable, and flexible — and producing each piece on demand, which reduces waste and supports our sustainability values. Still, if the images didn’t make this clear enough, that’s something we take seriously. We’ll be reviewing both the photos and the description to ensure they better reflect the printed nature of the design.

Regarding returns, our items are handmade to order, which is why our return policy is limited. However, when someone feels their item differs from how it appeared, we always want to take a closer look. If you reach out through our website with your order number and a photo of what you received, our team will review your case individually and explore what options may be available.
