Great Coffee Machine Service
Piotr came to service our coffee machine today and did a great job. He was professional and friendly. We had a couple of queries about the coffee machine, which Piotr was able to answer and deal with.
I have always found Fresh Ground coffee machines to be good and the service to be reliable.

Always a pleasure. Engineer call outs tend to be pretty quick and you can get updates if needed! I was left a message on my phone when they couldn't get thought to me to update times, which I really appreciate. Pat Haslett did a great job of fixing a mixer tap that had been a continuous problem. Pat was super friendly and professional. All engineers I meet from FreshGround have the same can do attitude. Thank you

Fed ex collection didn't happen as planned and the replacement urn is not in full working order.
I now need to complete the process all over again!

delivery problem
when the delivery service said that we were closed and could not deliver it i was emailed straight away and when they had not delivered it by Friday an engineer was sent to try and fix the broken one. good customer service
