The Operator Yusuf sounds so polite initially and really tries to convince you to book urgently, once you book he becomes very rude, i asked for a 35 seater coach and a 31 seater came so 4 of us had to squeeze. The coach was definitely not luxury and looked like they got an abandoned coach from somewhere. The company uses a third party when they cant meet requirements of a customer. I asked for a 35 seater multiple times. Yusuf tried to offer me 2 minibuses as soon as the payment was made, which wasn't suitable it was a family trip for is. I was worried nothing will turn up on the day if i said anything to him before hand, I definitely will not book again for sure 100000%. They try convince you for a good review before the service is provided but i realised something wasnt right straight away. Only the Driver was helpful.

Highly encourage people to stay away from this company.

Booking has been simple and easy and priced reasonable. Look forward to the trip.

Booked transportation for a group 11 ppl, and specified that we would be carrying 11 large and 11 small suitcases. Completely unsuited vehicle for the task showed up for the pickup. This led to a very uncomfortable trip from London to Birmingham in a bus that was loaded beyond the gunnels. The bus was also a rolling wreck inside and atraffic hazard before we entered i.When loaded up it obviously was heavily overloaded leading to terrible acceleration, handling and braking. Avoid this company.

We ordered transportation for 11 people with 11 small suitcases and 11 large suitcases. We were picked up in a vehicle that did not have enough space for that many people and luggage. We had to store suitcases in the seats and in between the seats to get all the luggage with us. It was very cramped and uncomfortable to sit like this for more than 3 hours. It also did not feel safe as the vehicle was more than overloaded and the driver almost crashed into other cars more than once. We felt happy to be alive without any accidents when we arrived at our destination. I will not recommend anyone to book transportation from this company, we did not receive the transportation we booked and paid for. I have made a complaint to the company, but the driver insists that I am lying and that there was ample room for luggage. I will not recommend this service to anyone.

I previously wrote a review that was good....that was before I travelled with them. I asked for a minibus for 6 passengers and a total of 6 suitcases. I was sent a six seater car with no luggage space. I had to ring them and arrange another minibus. The original driver was very rude and said he had wasted his time . I told him blame the company that sent you.
My advise is don't use them for large parties for travel.

We had a 12 seater booked. On the day of the event an 8-seater showed up. I tried to call & text GB Coach but no one responded.
We then realised from the driver they outsourced the job. We subsequently contacted the operator they booked for our job. It took over an hour to send the right car (despite promising the right car be sent in 20 minutes).
As a result we ended up missing the slot booked at a venue for our son birthday party, which was non-refundable as we were a "no show".
GB coach offered no aplogies and no compensation siting their T&Cs, which clearly stated they are only not liable if not within their control. Sending the wrong car is clearly within their control....
Agony & grief as my son was unable to celebrate his birthfday with his friends. AVOID AT ALL COST! JUST NOT WORTH IT!

In the conversations between me and them at the beginning I asked them about the bus we’re getting and asked them to send a picture but after I paid they told me that we’re getting 2 vehicles and they’re in unacceptable condition and there isn’t much space this shows that they’re untrustworthy and if they told me that before I paid I would’ve booked an Uber or Bolt XL and it would’ve been cheaper

Booking was very fast, easy and smooth.
Yusuf is VERY polite, patient, helpful and professional.
It was a great pleasure to deal with him.

Our trip will take place on 31st of July, however I decided to express my feedback today. I am totally admired by politeness, friendly attitude and readineess to help of the one of the operators. Yusif, thank you for your patience and professionalism.

So nice to talk to a human being rather than a robot. Yusuf was very helpful. I am hopeful for a good scheduled pick up now.
Update... Fantastic communication, Naim was awesome and we were very grateful for his promptness and smooth driving. It was a very clean 8 seater. Got our 8 suitcases in and the six of us sat comfortably in the seats behind driver. Will definitely use GBcoachhire again.

I booked airport transfer from Birmingham to London for 7 people in september. Booking process was easy and communication is good so far.

Awful experience - would not recommend. Having booked a 16 seater mini bus I was contacted by the driver a week ahead of our journey to say he required half of the money upfront. I had no details or information that this was the driver allocated to our job so contacted the operator, GB coach hire, to confirm who told me to pay the balance to them and they would pay the driver. I did this, despite originally being told that the balance would be due on the day. The day before the job was booked for I was contacted again by the driver to tell me that they had not been paid and had cancelled the job. I had no contact from the operator and tried to call them over 10 times and email but had no response, this was obviously very stressful as it had a huge impact on our travel plans last minute. I could only contact them eventually via WhatsApp where I was simply told it would be sorted. No apologies, no assurances and no customer service. It was not sorted until 4 hours later, with just 12 hours before our journey and required me chasing every hour and consistently asking for the driver’s details to be able to confirm as I had no confidence that the job would be going ahead. I was then told it would be a further £50 for the new driver and asked to pay this in full, despite having paid in full and with sufficient time for the original driver to be paid. I requested this amount be covered by GB Coach Hire as it did not honour our initial quote agreed and was of no fault of my own. This was refused and I was told it was only £50 and they could bear up to only £20 of the loss!!! At no point did I receive any apology. Utterly awful customer service which led to a huge amount of stress, uncertainty and additional cost. I would not use this company again or recommend them at all. They take £175 for organising the booking only and are purely a front. Look elsewhere for guaranteed or quality service.

We booked a coach hire for 52 people, Yusuf called to say the original coach that I had already paid for had broken down with just two days notice before our booking. He then said he will find a replacement but at an extra cost- saying this was in the terms and conditions. From reading the terms and conditions it says nowhere that replacement vehicles will be at an extra cost!!! Yet we still had to pay an extra £300 when the fault was not ours, it was completely GB Coach hire's fault. The service from this company was absolutely appalling, Yusuf was laughing down the phone as me during this time of distress, there was no acceptance of the fact that this was caused by a problem on their end and we should not have had to cover any cost because of this. On the day we then had two completely different coaches turn up eventhough we were told the replacement coach was 'luxury' and this would explain the cost.

Absolutely DO NOT reccomend this company, it is a complete scam. From speaking to other companies this isn't the first time GB Coach hire have done this to customers.

Finally arrived at the UK and now I can confirm that the company delivers the best service. Been using 2 minibuses in Glagow and Birmingham and they're all great. The drivers are very reliable and I can communicate my necessity smoothly with them. Thanks to Yusuf for the swift and accommodating service as well. I can't do this without him 😄

So far so good. Booking online, from the US was easy, and working with Yusuf to finalize our coach and work out the details was a pleasure. Very helpful and professional. Looking forward to our trip in June.

Booking on line was easy and Josuf immediately responded. Our driver was a few minutes late, but very apologetic. He provided us with information about the area we are staying at.

Competitive price, quick and easy to book and yusuf was always quick to respond
