excellent experience using GB coach hire! Yusuf planned our trip for us - excellent communication via WhatsApp & provided the best quote we had planned for a trip from Liverpool - Edinburgh. The driver who picked us up was also amazing & the mini bus was spotless. Would definitely recommend this company!

Yusef has been fantastic in assisting me with my booking. Our party requirements are quite bespoke and he has been a superstar in getting everything sorted that I have asked for. The price obtained was also extremely competitive compared to 2 other quotes. Looking forward to meeting the driver on they day. Booking has been a breeze and would look to use again in the future

Organised via Kay who was wonderful, Cheltenham Gold Cup 2023 to and from from Birmingham - Good communication prior to the day to alleviate the stress of ensuring our clients have the transport, courteous driver, careful and put some good music for a singalong. A well managed pickup from Cheltenham in the usual rush at the end but stayed calm, collected us and took us back to Birmingham. Would use again and request the same driver.

Bus cancelled 48 hours before it was due.
Only found out because i contacted the actual bus driver.
I had to inform GB Coach Hire that the bus was cancelled - That aint good
Was told don't worry they would sort it out.
Then 7 hours later i got - we will refund.
Not an apology in sight......:-(
