A great experience with Kubu, who have explained in great detail how this additional security add-on works along with the benefits associated with it.
Coupled with Hurst doors this offers a state of art solution for the home. Easily installed and hooked up to the home WiFi. One word of explanation is the door sensor is paired out of the door close to the hub, installed into the door after successful completion. A useful tool flagging when the door is unlocked/locked. Thank you Kubu.

We purchased two replacement doors from Leekes Cross Hands, which came ready-made to receive the KUBU alarm system. We also installed an additional alarm on a patio window. The installation process was quickly achieved and paired with my mobile. The simplicity and operational use are outstanding. The presentation is straightforward on my phone. Alerts are instantaneous, both audible and visual. If you've a nagging doubt about whether or not you locked your front door, then the KUBU device and software application is a fail-safe comfort! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KUBU.

Absolutely love this security system. We had it installed a few years ago and I have come to rely on it for peace of mind. Any small issues I have ever had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

I ordered windows through T&K Home Improvements and kubu was included as part of the package. Although I hadn't heard of Kubu before I was intrigued by the security features it offered. Each of my windows and doors was fitted with a sensor that alerts you via the Kubu app about their current status (locked/unlocked).
I initially had issues pairing the sensors and contacted customer service for support. I spoke with Tom who was very helpful and offered a home visit to install the sensors. Tom spent a considerable amount of time pairing all the sensors and was very polite and professional throughout the process. I cannot thank Tom enough for the support and care he provided.
After testing the app myself with some of the window door sensors I found the alerts came through instantaneously. This is a great security system that gives you peace of mind.
I would definitely recommend Kubu.

Recently had new windows and doors fitted by Future Homes and the Kubu Smart Security was part of the package. It was self installation however the instructions and the app are very simple to use. The system gives additional peace of mind as the app alerts you when a door or window is open/closed. Would definitely recommend!

Had new conservatory windows and doors +utility and kitchen windows that came with Kubu security sensors as part of the package. Kubu sensors arrived and they are a self fitment but the instructions are excellent to follow and if you get something wrong the app will tell you it's around the wrong way or whatever it is you've done wrong, but after the first one it's pretty simple. The system itself is pretty impressive as it will tell you if a window is open/closed or secure, also the hub will be orange if anything is not secure so a quick glance can ease your mind. There is also a geo fence that when activated will inform you when you are a certain distance from your house (not too far) that you have left a window open or a door unlocked. First impressions are excellent time will tell if anything goes wrong but to be fair I can't see that it will. Proper peace of mind. Also I had a small teething problem with something and customer service was superb, prompt and helpful in sorting it out. Great system for home security and simple to install.

Excellent company products are excellent.
For complete peace of mind at home or away , always know the status of your locks , never have to return home to check if your doors or windows are locked just check the Kubu app.

We had doors replaced in 2020 and were fitted them with Kubu….it a small device that fits into the doorframe, is wireless and with the app it tells you whether your door is securely locked or not. The light on the hub also changes colour to indicate whether secure or not. It gives you peace of mind when you’re out and about. I believe they are now available for windows now too but we don’t have those yet. As well as a great product the customer service is second to none. I had to call as there was a notification to say batteries needs to be changed, it had been so long I couldn’t remember the procedure. Tom talked me through the process and was very helpful as always. Would definitely recommend this company.

The Kubu system was fitted as part of our new doors. A slight issue with connecting one of the sensors but the email support team were very knowledgeable and helpful. After two fast response emails from them I had a working system. The response time between locking my door and a phone notification is less than a second.
It’s great to see a smart company with a UK support desk.

We have Kubu on 5 widows and after the system settled down, everything works as it should. I understand the installation video is being tweaked to clarify where the sensors go in relation to the window catches. Support has been knowledgeable and prompt.

Really enjoying the kubu security feature as part of my new front door. It was quick and simple to install. The app makes it easy to check if the door is locked or unlocked and I like the additional feature of the alarm sounding when the door is opened/closed. It is bringing alot of peace of mind. I wish all my doors had one!

After recently moving, our property needed new windows and doors, on checking out the local installers we went with T & K home improvements as we had used them before in our previous property but to our advantage they were offering the kubu smart security system within our order. Once everything had been installed we as agreed was sent everything to install, on doing this we had one or two problems which was nothing to do with the product but more a middle aged couple who are not completely up with the 21st century! On calling kubu the staff on the end of the phone were very helpful with promising a callback which happened then we was introduced to Tom in technical support, he was so polite , helpful on the phone and even did a home visit whilst in our area to make sure we were happy and that everything was working and set up correctly, he went above and beyond his job role and now we have our security all installed and working he along with kubu security can be highly recommended.

A Kubu kit was fitted as part of our new composite door installation through Droylsden Glass. We are really pleased how how seamlessly the kit is integrated and are reassured by the notifications we receive.

I have been in Touch with Kubu, as I had their product fitted on my door which was not activated to which currently, they are trying to provide me with an alternative to what can be done. As the product wasn’t launched back in July when I had first purchased my door.

Tom Jameson has been dealing with my query and has been very supportive throughout the whole process to provide the best service that he can. Kubu has provided me with a pro sensor which is good but is not what I originally brought with my package from Value doors and does not fit the Needs and purpose of use for my vulnerable Son.

Tom is very welcoming, Polite, was happy to answer all my questions. Currently he is still working on the possible outcome to what I originally was provided with my door and I hope for a positive outcome from Kubu’s services taking everything into consideration.

Shaun arrived early and politely introduced himself , he clearly let us know what he was going to undertake by fitting his companies products to our newly fitted front door, he worked efficiently and clearly explained to us as customers how to engage with the new door technology and help setup their APP on our own personal mobile , a great product from this company.

Had Windows installed by Norfolk Broads with Kubu sensors supplied with the windows highly recommend having kubu installed. product and service 5 stars!

What an AWESOME product and team behind it. Would highly recommend Kubu to everyone I know. Had a couple of teething issues with two of the sensors that Tom in after sales helped me with. I got spare sensors delivered the next day and with a bit of help from Tom on the phone, the whole house is now secure and sorted brilliant, absolutely brilliant

Recently had new windows fitted which came with the Kubu system as standard, fitting was pretty straightforward but a couple of the sensors were saying insecure although windows were closed, quick call to Tom at Kubu who talked me through the checks to make, such a nice guy & eager to help, probably something I hadn't done correctly & still didn't rectify the problem, within a couple of weeks along came Shaun who arrived on time, really nice guy,again very knowledgeable & eager to rectify which he did in the space of half an hour & he had travelled quite a way too. Once sorted asked if I needed any more assistance withe App which I did ask a few questions & answered in a way that made sense. Extremely happy, brilliant service & would highly recommend this company. I now feel I have a very secure home. Tom & Shaun you are brilliant!!
