Graysons were amazingly supportive, reassuring and helpful throughout my journey, buying my 1st home. They use an app which was great and meant I could sign paperwork easily and quickly, making the purchase super easy! They were quick to update me with news and really worked hard to speed up the process of gaining my completion date! Would highly recommend!!

A relatively straightforward transfer took over 6 months. There were communication issues between Graysons & the management company, First Port. I had to find a contact number & chase the management company myself. I felt like nothing would get done unless I chased the solicitors at least twice a week. I called on numerous occasions, & never heard back from them. I’m very disappointed with the service I received & won’t be using Graysons again.

Service and helpful

I found the whole experience to be easy with no stress at all . I was always keep updating on what was going on . My lawyer gave me good advice on what to do and how to accept offers being made to me.

I did not have to worry about anything. Had the same person dealing with my case from the beginning to the end , I just left it to him, he was very understanding, and very professional.
If ever I needed or friends needed professional help I would highly recommend.

They did a great job my only slight complaint is sometimes I had to do a lot of the chasing up. This is understandable as each solicitor must have so many cases to review.
