My experience was very swift and professional,l really appreciate the services rendered by the staff especially Tony.l will recommend Guaranteed Car Buyers with a 10 out of 10

I highly recommend GCB and in particular Tony for the excellent customer service provided and the fair price offered on my car. Don't use we buy any car, go to GCB. Tony asked return some small items left in the car by mistake which I greatly appreciate.

The whole process was well organised and smooth. Communication was excellent and on the day I got regular calls from the driver to say how long they would be.

Once the car inspection was completed, the money was transferred in 30 mins and Tony updated DVLA online. Just like that the sale was complete.

Such an easy process, thanks Tony!

Outstanding service from beginning to end. I was given a fair and reasonable offer for my non-running car. Communication throughout the entire process was clear and efficient. The collection was scheduled for the day after I accepted the offer, and the payment was received before the car was picked up. I would highly recommend their service.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had a car I wanted rid of quickly and Guaranteed Car Buyers were like lightning! Tony was fabulous and a credit to the company. He kept me updated constantly. I was given an ETA for the driver and he arrived bang on time. The guy who collected the car was very pleasant and polite. Payment was very fast! I highly recommended this company. Less than 48 hours from enquiry on their website to car being collected! Thank you.

Sold 2 cars with my agent being Tony, it was quite a simple process.

Started off with a quote over the phone , Tony tried giving me the best deal possible. Which fair enough to him he did on the phone.

Contacted the guys Tuesday , sold the car Saturday.

When inspection was done on the car I was given honoured one of the quotes for the car , however they knocked a couple hundred off the other car which I didn’t understand why as everything was showed in the image.

Overall good experience and I do actually recommend them as much as I thought they were like webuyanycar but there a lot better

The owner of this company - Tony / Dr Banwo - sold me a used Ford Focus through another of his companies - Automotive Solutions 365, which turned out to have a major engine fault, rendering it a 'write-off'. The cars purchased by Guaranteed Car Buyers are being sold on to unsuspecting customers who believe they are purchasing a safe and roadworthy vehicle.

Don’t cover Scotland area after having correct address and making offer and booked collection

Scam company offering low ball prices to send your car to auction for maximum profit

Be aware - they broke their much advertised promise and haggled hard. They tried to offer me nearly a thousand pounds less than their guaranteed price (on a £3K car!). I'm very disappointed as I did not fail to disclose any damage or issues with the car, so believe I met your terms and conditions for the 'guaranteed' quote.

Really friendly man arrived to take photos and send them across, it wasn’t long before I got a phone call, asking a few more questions, then they said they’d put the money in my account. This was the only little let down, as it took about 50 minutes to receive. Other than that a really good experience and everyone was nice who I dealt with.

Couldn’t make the first appointment but gave me plenty of notice, re arranged for Saturday, driver came dead on when he said he would.

Couldn’t take the car away that day as he was busy but gave me the quote offered minus 200 pounds which was my own fault for not declaring certain information. Was due to pick it up the following Tuesday but couldn’t make it rang me Tuesday to tell me and paid me for the car even thought they hadn’t collected.

Came the day after to get the car was an hour late but again let me know with plenty of time, took 5 mins to load the car and sign some documents. Driver who came to collect my car was lovely and brilliant with my little boy.

Will 100% use again.

I sadly had to sell my car today, guaranteed car buyers made it stress free for me and easy, after an initial phone call to set up a date and time to collect the car, I simply met with the man who took my car away from the garage where it was stationed due to being non drivable. He took a few photos and looked over my paper work and keys, I had a few phone calls with one of the guys back at the office to confirm my bank details and discuss a few things about my car. Unfortunately the payment wasn't exactly what ild been first originally quoted, but that was due to a few things regarding my car, so the price was dropped by over £300 but this company had still beat all the othet companies and had the better offer. I liked that the money was transfered straight to my account with no issues and before my car was taken away. I felt very at ease throughout the whole process. Thank you.
