Hadleigh Glass レビュー

Appalling service, misrepresentation during the sale. Horrendous customer service. Lied to by managers, lies were confirmed by fitters. Damage to property. Windows fitted in a rushed and uncared for manner.

Great business, so glad we found you. Fair competitive pricing and great quality products. Delighted with the installation ….Sid and JJ did fantastic job with the front of barn - it’s stunning. Thank you and well done Hadliegh Glass

From looking in the showroom, help choosing the doors and the fitting and after sales service has been excellent! The fitter (Sid) was a really nice guy and installed the doors to a very high standard. Our internal doors look fantastic. Thank you!

Very efficient and speedy installation with helpful staff. Fits and works very well despite wonky old building! Excellent looking product.

From start to finish the service we received from Hadleigh windows was first class, pleased with the price, installed very professionally, and on the dates we were given. And we have great looking windows with a 10 year guarantee.

Very pleased with our internal black framed glass doors - they really transform the space. Manufactured to a high standard, and fitted with real care and precision by Mark and Cameron. Many thanks!

Really nice people to deal with, order went through without problems, arrived on time and didn't let us down at all. The guys that fitted the door were really thorough and professional. Cleaned up and made sure everything was tidy and taken away if rubbish. Would definitely use again, in fact I am :-) thank you everyone.

Had all our windows and doors from hadleigh glass over a couple of years all brilliant any problems they so comes and sort them out . Recently I noticed that our keys were marking our blue door and wanted some touch up paint . Contacted hadleigh glass and Stacie was straight on the case not long after we received a touch up pen in the post . Thank you Stacie

We filled in the 'service' form at about 11.15 or so this morning, and marked it URGENT because the lock on the door wasn't working. Within about 10 minutes we had a call, and an email. And in just over an hour the engineer arrived and fixed the problem. We were quite amazed. It has become unusual in this country to either expect, or get, service like this. We are truly grateful Thank you Hadleigh Glass!

Fantastic experience with this company. Delighted with the product and the service. Chris Phillips in the Chelmsford office could not have been more helpful, from the initial visit to my home he provided invaluable advice & guidance (when asked for). My mind was made up after going to the showroom, meeting Chris again, and seeing the quality of the windows and doors. There was no hard sell, just an ultra professional and friendly service. The fitters and the ladies in the office also very courteous and professional in all my dealings with them. If you’re in any doubt of who to use for your new windows then go for Hadleigh Glass!

We had a fantastic experience with Hadleigh Glass from the quote to the surveyor, fitters, and office staff. Great product, we are so pleased. All the staff were polite, and helpful with our questions. The team who fitted cleaned up afterwards and you wouldn't have known they had been.

Great company to deal with and indepth comms at all times. I would highly recommend their aluminuim windows and doors. More expensive than UPVC but SO much better in terms of appearance and window sizes, giving far more light and a more modern appearance. Installers were always on time and were polite, good workers.

We had a great experience with Hadleigh glass from start to finish.

The quote was well priced and the team who fitted our doors and windows were fantastic! The job looks beautiful, they were polite, clean, and kept us informed throughout the job! We are very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Great communication with quick response and very helpful to resolve any queries I had.
Gareth was very friendly and did a great job fitting the window.

Our sales person Chris was fantastic! He talked us through our opinions & made sure we understood. He recognised us when we went back in 2 weeks later to make purchase! He made us feel at ease and didn’t pressure us into making any decisions. Top bloke & fab sales person!

From the very first initial visit, to survey, and installation of our aluminum windows, Hadleigh Glass has provided an outstanding service.

We have just had 11 windows installed.

We have been impressed with the prompt and clear communication from Marc Emmerson, (director).

The installation of the windows has been outstanding, with such attention to detail.

Sean and Jonathan (installers) arrived every day on time, were very professional and hardworking.
They took real pride in their work.

Sean and Jonathan ensured that every stage of the installation was completed to a high standard.
Even my husband’s critical eye didn’t find fault!

Our home was respected at all times. They cleaned up each day and were mindful not to damage our precious plants.

Their work is impeccable, so much so we will request them again to complete further installations to our home.

We will now not use any other company and will most certainly recommend Hadleigh Glass to our family and friends.

Thank you so much Marc, Sean, and Jonathan.
We love our new windows!

We recommend Hadleigh Glass highly. We had all our windows and doors replaced to update and modernise our house. The advice given for this work was excellent and helpful, the work was completed on time and the team that came to do the work were really professional. Thank you Hadleigh Glass, excellent job!
