Hadleigh Glass レビュー

From Chris who we saw in the Showroom who was very professional and showed us everything we asked. He answered any questions we had thoroughly.
The Surveyor came measured up and also answered any questions we had.
The guys who came and fitted everything were hardworking and did an excellent job, clearing up after each window and door that was fitted.
Our Bungalow as one of our neighbours said it the best bungalow on the street.
We cannot Thank the whole team at Hadleigh Glass enough for a very professional job and we would recommend them to anyone.
Thank you Karen and Terry Ritchie

We have used Hadleigh Glass on a number of occasions, the most recent being the conversion of a window to doors. An absolutely excellent level of customer service, yet again. From the quoting stage, through the administration of the project to the actual work itself, all involved displayed a high degree of professionalism and efficiency, coupled with a courteous and friendly approach.

At the same time, we had some warranty work dealt with and it was hugely re-assuring to see that long-term customer satisfaction was key to Hadleigh Glass, rather than simply the securing of new business. The level and manner of service provided on this warranty work simply mirrored that on the ‘new’ work, with the fitters explaining exactly what had gone wrong and why, and how they had remedied the issue. Indeed, on both pieces of work, the fitters themselves worked in a very clean, tidy and thoughtful manner, answering all questions from what was evidently an excellent technical knowledge and experience base.

All in all, we could not recommend Hadleigh Glass highly enough.

We have worked with the Team at Hadleigh Glass for over 7 years for both Commerical and Domestic Installations. The team are professional and finish is great, after service and care always great.

Ordered my first supply only bifold from Hadleigh Glass for our garage conversion. The service at ordering was great - they answered all my questions. The product turned up quicker than expected and was great quality. I had a technical query on fitting which they were prompt to answer. Will be ordering again for the front door later in the year. Recommend ++

I had aluminium windows fitted to my house as part of a bigger property facelift. I thought that painting it grey made a change, but the aluminium windows that I had fitted just made it look super smart. Front and back with a shiny new front door too. Property looks completely different and entirely up-to-date. Much better than the 70's converted bungalow that we started with. The team at Hadleigh were excellent throughout. Top team and super friendly. The guys that fitted the windows and doors were excellent too. They drank a lot of tea, but the windows look amazing. Highly reccomend!

Three doors in under ten years all three buckled four lockers failed I think it saids it all they have replaced my door but that's not the point I'm feed up having to take time of work and the hassle of trying to shut a door until they get to me feed up with them time to get a proper company in who do doors that stay straight

Hadleigh Glass were contracted to undertake further window replacements with live hospital wards. As always their performance from pricing to delivering the works onsite has been outstanding. Working within a hospital has challenging logistics however their approach, consideration and flexibility has made this a great success.
The installation team 'Shaun and Jonathon' have been fantastic throughout, with consideration to patients and staff being top priority.
We look forward to workign with you on further projects at the hospital and beyond in 2025.

We absolutely love our new heritage window we had installed internally. The lads that came to fit it were fast and went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
A superb quality window which looks fantastic.

Have used them for years. Excellent products, excellent service, great after sales service.

Absolutely diabolical company from the top down.
I ordered doors and windows for a barn conversion with stainless steel handles. Discussed this with the salesman and the surveyor they sent in. When they were delivered they came with standard handles. No one disagreed that they had the conversations with me or that I’d asked for the other handles. There was no offer for support apart from charging me full price for the handles I’d originally requested on top of the original ones. Their only argument was pointing out that I hadn’t noticed that they hadn’t specified the upgraded handles on their hand written order form.
These things happen, but dealing with them trying to sort out the problem I found them to be the rudest and most dismissive company I’ve ever dealt with.
I couldn’t trust them with any other business and went elsewhere for my next order.

Hadleigh have just completed a roof and conservatory upgrade for us. It has been a very good experience right from the start, the work was done to a high standard, the team working on it were very good, and while a couple of things took some time sort out at the end they were all properly done and finished. Hadleigh were responsive through the whole process. Highly recommended.

Recently consulted Hadleigh Glass for guidance on a service issue. Staff on the phone were very polite and an appointment was promptly made. Mick the service engineer attended and sorted the issue expertly and professionally. My bifold door is seven years old and just needed a minor adjustment. Excellent product and first class service all round. Thankyou.

After speaking to several window companies Hadleigh Glass were a breath of fresh air. Genuine and honest with none of the hot air and fluff you usually associated with window sales!
Everything was seamless from the sales process through the survey to fitting.
The fitters were great, really friendly and did an amazing job. To top it all off the price was very competitive.

Would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the windows and French doors fitted to my recently completed extension. A very good choice offered and installation on time. The products were of a very good design and quality. I will add that all visitors to my property , including the building contractor have commented very favourably on the windows and doors. I also add one of the windows seal was leaking, a new sealed unit was replaced within 5 days.

Excellent after sales service and customer care.

I had 4 Titan Sonair 3 ventilation units fitted over two days by Bill & Charlie from Hadleigh Glass. The guys did a great job, very efficiently straight to work, very professional and tidied up great afterwards too.
They went above and beyond by adding trunking for the wiring and explaining their use.
Excellent service, many thanks.

Really pleased with the windows we purchased through Hadleigh Glass, from the initial appointment to the installation I couldn't fault them! Highly professional, competitive pricing - would highly recommend them

I recently had Hadleigh Glass replace all of my windows with their top of the line Aluminium product and I can’t say enough about the company and the product! From the initial conversation with the amiable sales director to consultation and then the fitting…I was highly impressed.
The fitters on site were very friendly, clearly skilled at what they do and they certainly loved a cup of tea or five(!). I might be asking for a discount for the amount of boxes of PG Tips they got through but they were lovely and we had a fantastic overall experience from start to finish

I have been using hadleigh glass on a number of my own building firms projects in recent years, and could not recommend them anymore than I do for my clients. Very professional and work is done to a high standard.

My experience of Hadleigh Glass has been nothing short of fantastic. Having dealt with them for many years I can happily say the service and professionalism is top notch. If your thinking about upgrading windows, doors, bi folds etc then these are the company to use!
