Hadleigh Glass レビュー

We recently moved from a new build home to an older property which lacked the safety features on our windows we were used to. We had Hadleigh Glass come out to change the locks, upgrade the window handles and to fit safety restrictors to the upstairs windows. We are so happy with the difference it has made to our home. We can’t thank Hadleigh Glass enough for their professional, friendly and expert service. A special thanks to Adrian from Hadleigh Glass who came out to us.

Highly recommend Hadleigh Glass. I recently purchased a property in Suffolk, HG replaced every window and installed aluminium bi-folds which has truly transformed my home. The whole journey was very smooth and I found the relevant teams from design to the fitters very friendly and helpful.

Hadleigh just completed the installation of 25 new double glazed windows for us. Tricky installation as it was a very old house and mostly box sash.

Sales - easy to talk to and gave honest advice rather than try to up sell. Clear quote and listened to any concerns we had.

Survey - very pleasant guy and tried to make it as low impact as possible to us. Was very reassuring in terms of what we needed and the ability to complete.

Installation - think we got lucky here as the guys that managed our install were really excellent. Very polite, very clean and sticklers for quality. If it didn't look right they wouldn't leave it until they were happy (their quality threshold exceeded mine!)

Really pleased with the outcome and surprised given I though the quote was very reasonable.

Hadleigh Glass has been superb from the first contact to installation, with expert service and very high quality. I would highly recommend them.

Our new windows, bifold and doors look really fabulous in anthracite. It has made a huge improvement to the look of our house. The installers explained what and where they would be working and they were all very friendly and worked very quickly. The whole house was completed in five days. Each evening they cleaned up so there was very little disruption. We highly recommend this company.

Hadleigh Glass installed Smart System bi-folds, which look superb, are engineered perfectly as a really good quality product.

Chris and Ant' the installers did a fantastic job. They were courteous, listened to suggestions about flush finish with the floor and did a faultless installation. They polished the glass and left the site clean and tidy, talking us through operation and leaving us with a great feeling about the new doors.
Thank you so much.
We would definitely recommend Hadleigh Glass

From start to your guys fitting the one window everything has gone smoothly. What a great team Shaun and Jonathan top Mark's to both of them I would have no trouble recommending your company You have succeeded where others have failed good luck to you

Hadleigh glass came highly recommended from a work colleague who had used them to fit a set of bi-folding doors in his house. We live near Ely, Cambs and initially thought it would be too far but after discussing what we wanted (bi-folding doors for a relatively small entrance and a new front door) they sorted it. We had the survey done and recently had the bi-folds and a new composite front door fitted. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional and the guys who carried out the work worked tirelessly all day until finished and then demonstrated the doors to us. We will be using Hadleigh Glass to have all our window frames replaced in the next couple of years. Thank you very much for a pleasant experience from start to finish. We have already recommended you to one of our friends.

Id been searching for a long time to find a supplier who could manufacture and fit external double doors that gave me a similar retro look to the Crittal doors that were up for replacement. I was therefore pleased to find Hadleigh Glass, a local supplier who offered a range called ‘Heritage’ which looked like they could fit the bill for me. Along came their surveyor Simon Waters who was very user friendly with a can do attitude, he explained that with a few design tweaks from their standard design they could give me pretty close to the ‘Crittal look’
I placed my order in Sept 2020 which then got caught with all the Covid lockdown shenanigans, so the two pairs of French doors were eventually only fitted yesterday 14th Jan. Better comms from Hadleigh over this period would have prevented me from having to nag and chase updates though.
Where Hadleigh glass scores a five star rating with me though is courtesy of their excellent fitters. Ricky and John, could not have been more obliging, both new their product well and were happy to work in less than ideal circumstances. The apartment was on the first floor which always looked like the doors could have needed hoisting up to the balcony, we did overcome this but they were quite up for taking this on. It was also undergoing an interior refit so the work space was extremely cluttered and to top it up completely there were strong gale like winds and rain coming straight off the sea on the day to do battle with......none of this took the guys out of their stride and hardly got a mention even...very well done they could not have represented the company better.
I can’t comment at this stage on how good the product is in terms of operation as the apartment is still undergoing work so not lived in but overall at this stage I have to say I was pleased I choose Hadleigh Glass to deal with.

Worst experience ever. Would be my last choice in byfold door supplier.

Hadleigh glass are a pleasure to deal with. They provide an expert service, high quality product at a reasonable cost and, importantly for the customer, stick to their promise on delivery and installation times. And they cleaned up beautifully when the work was done.

From start to finish Hadleigh Glass did a great job. Very happy with the patio doors and the fitters left everywhere clean and tidy.

We enjoyed working with Hadleigh Glass on our Suffolk Barn renovation.
From first contact with the sales team, to detailed interaction with the surveyor and on to fitting and final fixing we we pleased with the careful attention to detail and customer service.
Any issues were quickly sorted and we’ve ended up with an array of splendid product, befitting a significant heritage project.

We just had some Upvc french doors fitted. They gave a good quote, the quality of the doors is excellent with Yale locks. All fitted by one guy in a morning, nice fit and finish...just ehat you want.

Great service from Hadleigh Glass!

We had to get a window replaced as it was damaged and decided to replace 3 windows as they're in the same room/ensuite. Hadleigh Glass has a sales office in Colchester (Copford), which is very local to us and we noticed that the prices were really good and customer feedback as well. I initially liaised with Andy via email who was very helpful.

Our new windows were installed today, approx 7 weeks after the order was placed and were done in one morning. Very good quality product and clean, quick and professional installation. The installer was super helpful and explained everything he was doing.

All in all a super service and we will definitely recommend Hadleigh Glass and very likely get more windows replaced to match the new ones.

Would like to express my appreciation of the brilliant job the Hadleigh Glass team concluded by manufacturing and installing bifold doors to my extension. From the outset, from estimate to completion, the service my wife and I experienced was first rate. The project was completed on time without fuss. Happy to recommend this Company anytime.

The guys were excellent. They cleaned as they went and did a very good job. Would highly recommend.

Great, prompt service. Kept informed throughout the process by a friendly team.
Love my new front door and installed by a very friendly chap!
Would recommend Hadleigh glass and would definitely use their services again.
I’m a happy customer!

What a wonderful team of people who were helpful, friendly and efficient from start to finish. We are delighted with our conservatory and the speed and efficiency in which it was erected. All the tradesmen were polite and professional and a credit to the company. We were kept up to date with any minor changes with dates etc and the property was left in a clean and tidy condition at every stage of the process. I would recommend this company to anyone as they work almost as a family business and so have great pride in their work and customer satisfaction.

Good windows and bi-fold doors fitted by 2 experts.
