Hadleigh Glass レビュー

We had our UPVC double glazing installed by Hadleigh Glass in December 2010 and were very satisfied with the installation. Over the years a small number of faults arose, and Hadleigh Glass have recently carried out remedial work to fix these under our 10 year guarantee. Whilst it initially took some time to acknowledge these faults, the standard of the remedial work carried out and the professionalism of the staff undertaking it have been exemplary.

We have just had a bi-fold door supplied and fitted by Hadleigh Glass. We have been very impressed with all the staff we have dealt with from the initial sales enquiry to the installation team and the customer service on the phone. Everyone has been very polite and professional. They seems to have provided a first class service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommended them. I hope the product is as good as there staff. Only time will tell, but so far the doors look and feel very good quality. Well done all.

Adrian, is the gentleman who comes round if there are any remaining problems. He is professional, honest and reliable. Our windows are now about 5 years old and the handles are beginning to fail. Thankfully they are covered by the 10 year guarantee and being replaced with no fuss. Thankyou - much appreciated Hadleigh Glass.

What a great firm to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Good product, good service and good price.

Couldn't fault them at any stage. 26 windows, bifolds and french doors. Flawless service from first sales visit to sign off on the job

We were VERY impressed with Hadleigh Glass - the initial survey was excellent as was the follow-up and the installation of the French windows and another window was done by two professional and competent builders in a few days and after a proper clean-up our patio and breakfast room now looks GREAT! Can't recommend this company enough and their pricing was very competitive.

Prompt service. Every person from salesman to fitters very polite, friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

Great job.

Excellent work by Keith and Michael.

Shocking service from this company. It took them a full two months to compete the installation , leaving the property for weeks at a time with cardboard in the windows. The constant emails and phone calls chasing us for payment was relentless. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, expensive and unprofessional.

We recently had some windows done by Hadleigh Glass and the whole process was a breeze. We spoke with one of the sales guys who helped us sort out everything that we needed. Once the order was placed we were called shortly after and it was all booked in. The team that came to fit the windows were great, they were friendly and really considerate of the house, they even hoovered up after they were done!

It was a great service right from the start and the windows look great.

Highly Recommended

We love our windows and doors and everyone at Hadleigh Glass was super helpful and the turnaround was quick.

We have used Hadleigh glass before and had no hesitation to use them again. The new front door took longer than expected because of problems with the old brick work not being square. The fitters took their time and did an excellent job. Will use Hadleigh glass again in the future.

Great service -- quick, effective, helpful.

Experience from initial contact, sales visit, survey, to fitting has been excellent. Very pleased with quality and look of the anthracite aluminium windows and patio doors. Would have no hesitation recommending this company and will use them again when we build an extension for bifold doors and windows.

Very pleased with our new aluminium windows and doors installed by Hadleigh Glass. They look stunning.

Excellent quality products and superb after sales service. Very pleased and would thoroughly recommend

So happy we chose Hadleigh Glass. Everyone has been friendly, professional and cared to get it right for us, Fiona and Gary with the initial order, not doing the ‘sales man routine’ were completely transparent about the costs of individual aspects so we could tailor order to what we could afford and what worked for us, Darren the surveryor who just inspired us with complete confidence, he was so calm, methodical and professional, and Mick and Keith who fitted them so beautifully and cheerfully. Lovely experience from start to finish, and can’t stop admiring our beautiful windows, they have made the house we are building look fantastic!

I have found this company, helpful with a great range of products and good prices. All the staff are friendly and informative

Super company great price and quality windows could ask for more will use them again very impressed!
